Jessica Chastain is now a New Yorker, and her new apartment is fab.
The 37-year old actress, who is partnered with Italian fashion guru and executive, Gian Luca Passi de Prepusulo, bought a $5.1m USD apartment in Manhattan on W57th Street.
Located across the road from Carnegie Hall, it is a four-bedroom, 3.5 bath residence, which was once home to Leonard Burnstein who also used to own the Carnegie Hall. For those unaware, Leonard Burnstein is a songwriter, who most famously wrote 'West Side Story' with Stephen Sondheim, and it was believed to be written in this apartment.
At 3000 square foot, the apartment is equipped with tiger-oak floors, stained-glass parlor windows and hand-carved mahogany doors - and importantly, the ceilings reach nearly 14 feet.
