Why did you decide to choose Preston Place?

It was important for me to have the space in the home offered at Preston Place but not the maintenance required with a home on a larger block, I feel this is the best of both worlds.

What attracted you to Preston?

I have lived in Preston for much of my life, my children go to school in the area and love the vibrant lifestyle.

What is your favourite design element in your new home at Preston Place?

My favourites would probably be the induction cooking, EV charging, open plan living and the community garden.

Before securing your new home at Preston Place, how long had you been looking?

I have been looking for the right home for my family and I for about 9-12 months.

Had you seen any of Metro of ClarkeHopkinsClarke's work before?

Yes I have seen Metro work before, a friend of mine bought a home through Metro.

How have you found the process of buying off the plan?

It was very easy. Liam from Marshall White and Alex from Metro were both great to deal with. They answered all my questions and were lovely, family-oriented people.
