In London's famous Piccadilly, a £600m ($1.15bn AUD) development is underway.
Located opposite The Ritz hotel, Adjaye Associates are planning to turn a collective group of post-war buildings into a new state of the art apartment building.
The project, valued at over a billion Australian dollars, has been named One Berkeley Street, will redevelop 70-73 Piccadilly, 1 and 3 Berkeley St, and 43-48 Dover St, to create a 10-storey luxury apartment complex opposite one of the world's most famous hotels.
