AT A GLANCE:

  • Developer: MRCB International
  • Home Types: 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments, sub-penthouses, and penthouses
  • Address: 26 Vista Street, Surfers Paradise, QLD 4217
  • No. of Residences: 280
  • Estimated Completion Date: 2030

Construction is now underway at 26 Vista, and more than 70% of the development’s 280 residences have already been secured.

At the heart of the appeal is a resident amenity offering rarely seen at this scale on the Gold Coast: two full floors dedicated entirely to wellness, recreation, and entertaining, perched above Northcliffe with the beach at the doorstep.

Club Vista: a resort on Level 4

At the podium, Club Vista delivers five-star resort-style facilities, including a sun-soaked yoga deck, gymnasium, jacuzzi spa, sauna and steam room, and a dedicated weights area. A sparkling lap pool with pool lounges anchors the level, alongside a cinema room, games room, and private dining and kitchen space that are perfect for entertaining.

An elegant co-working space and meeting rooms round out the offering, allowing residents to set a genuine boundary between home and work, without leaving the building.

Sky Lounge and Alto: an exclusive Tier on Level 51

Higher still, Level 51 houses the Sky Lounge, a residents’ lounge with expansive indoor and outdoor seating, an indoor fireplace, and an outdoor fire pit, framed by uninterrupted coastal views.

Half of this level is reserved exclusively for the Alto Collection: a private lounge with its own plunge pool and dining room, offered only to buyers in the building’s premium high-level residences. This is a second, more exclusive amenity tier layered on top of Club Vista, rather than in place of it.

A prime Northcliffe address

Location underpins the amenity offer. 26 Vista sits at the doorstep of the Northcliffe Light Rail station, around 100 metres from Northcliffe Beach, and within walking distance of Surfers Paradise’s vibrant dining, shopping, and renowned esplanade.

From here, some of the Gold Coast’s best are nearby. Pacific Fair, The Star, and Broadbeach are a short tram ride or drive away, and Gold Coast Airport is roughly 30 minutes by car.

Architecturally designed residences

The development’s 280 residences span one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom configurations, architecturally designed by DBI – the studio behind some of the Gold Coast’s most recognised towers.

26 Vista’s form is shaped to maximise views across ocean, city, river, or hinterland, with full-height glazing throughout living areas and bedrooms. Arrival is considered from the outset, with a porte cochère drop-off, a double-height lobby, and dedicated concierge zones.

Inside, residences feature marble benchtops, European appliances, premium tapware, and timber flooring throughout. Three- and four-bedroom homes include natural travertine, and the majority of floorplans offer a bathtub and butler’s pantry.

For those seeking a place in the upper levels, this is where the full-floor and half-floor penthouses and sub-penthouses live.

What’s more, sustainability is built in, and done well, so much so that 26 Vista won the International Property Awards’ Sustainable Residential Development Australia 2025-2026 category. The building is targeting a 5-star NatHERS rating, with a rooftop solar PV array offsetting common area energy use, EV charging and car-share provisions, and cross-ventilation designed into every apartment to reduce reliance on air conditioning. Materials are also sourced primarily from Queensland suppliers, reducing transport-related carbon footprint.

Delivered by an established team

26 Vista is developed by MRCB International, the global arm of Malaysian Resources Corporation Berhad (MRCB), listed on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.

“Two full floors of resort amenity, plus an exclusive collection on Level 51, is a different proposition to what most buyers have seen on the Gold Coast,” said Kevin Zhang, sales and marketing director at MRCB International.

“We wanted every resident to have access to a genuine resort lifestyle, while giving buyers in our upper-level homes something further again.”

Apartments at 26 Vista start from $1,865,000 for a luxurious two-bedroom home, with three- and four-bedroom residences available as well.
