Abadeen and PERIFA launch final stage of $350 million Putney Wharf

Joint venture partners Abadeen and PERIFA have launched the third and final residential stage of their $350 million Putney Wharf precinct, marking the last opportunity to secure a new home within the tightly held Sydney harbourfront address. 

With more than 50% of the broader project already sold, The Residences will deliver a boutique collection of premium waterfront apartments, many deliberately held back for this concluding release, as demand continues to build for rare absolute waterfront living in Putney.

Located at 20 Waterview Street, Putney New South Wales, the completed precinct will comprise 67 residences, including 18 terraces and 49 apartments, alongside five retail tenancies and a 36-berth marina.

Developed alongside partners Phoenix Property Investors and Mitsubishi Estate Asia, Putney Wharf occupies a prized 300-metre stretch of absolute waterfront and incorporates the historic former Halvorsen’s Boatshed.
