Created by developer The Shakespeare Group, St Boulevard holds a pretty impressive pedigree, and promises 435 luxurious apartments across three buildings.

Some of the biggest global brands call the tree lined boulevard of St Kilda Road home. Premium hotels, too, not to mention some of the grandest residences in Melbourne. Add to this, St Boulevard, the new apartment development from The Shakespeare Group.

St Boulevard holds a pretty impressive pedigree, and promises 435 luxurious apartments across three buildings. Created by developer The Shakespeare Group, and designed by internationally acclaimed architects, Elenberg Fraser, these one, two and three bedroom apartments come with a menu of added amenities some of the neighbouring hotels would be hard pushed to match.

Integrated design practice Elenberg Fraser are no strangers to the architectural awards scene, and they bring their sensory approach vividly to life with St Boulevard. The three towers are clad in a striking double-layered glazed skin that reflects the surrounding parks, with lush greenery at ground level effectively drawn up into other areas. As we can clearly glean from a swag of stunning renders, this is no ordinary building.

Each apartment features interiors that are open plan and defined by natural materials and surfaces such as stone bench tops and warm timbers. The clever layout of each apartment means natural light is maximised, with large floor to ceiling windows offering incredible views. Living spaces are elegant in design, which we see as a real drawcard for those looking for a simple, clutter-free home life.

Kitchens continue this approach, with clean lines, spacious island benches and plenty of storage. Bathrooms, likewise. We love the calm confidence of these fixtures and materials.

Let’s talk about those amenities we mentioned. The list is long, with over 2,000m² of dedicated amenity space which includes premium hotel quality gymnasium, spa, 25m lap pool, private theatre for your own movie night, games lounge, wine bar looking onto the pool (you’d be forgiven for thinking you were booking a luxurious holiday, not finding an apartment) and a private dining room with catering kitchen so you can throw the kind of party befitting this impressive location. All dining rooms can be booked at your convenience.

Outdoor communal areas we’re always keen to see, and St Boulevard features a number of them including a tranquil garden sanctuary with plenty of seating to enjoy time alone or with friends. There are spacious lounge and bathing pavilions, a bbq pavilion for entertaining and a children’s play area the kids will love.

Rooftop terraces for some apartments again serve up stunning views towards the CBD and out across Albert Park lake towards Port Philip Bay. Will you ever need to leave the building? Maybe not. This truly is a level of resort-style residential living to be impressed by.

The demand for apartments in this location speaks to the broad mix of convenient amenities, all of which are bolstered by easy access. You can count Albert Park, Fawkner Park and the Royal Botanic Gardens as your new local weekend picnic haunts. There’s fast transport to the CBD, just 4km and a quick tram ride away.

Customisation is always a bonus and with a building of this nature, there is an option for owner-occupiers to customise their floorpan to suit their needs. One bedrooms start at $431,000, two bedrooms from $667,500 and three bedrooms from $1,289,000.More details on St Boulevard Apartments
