Construction is now underway on Lakeside Apartments, the latest development within the $400M Serenity 4212 masterplanned precinct on the northern Gold Coast.
Joint venture partners Keylin and Kinstone Group have appointed Queensland builder CoStruct to deliver a collection of 85 two and three-bedroom apartments across two four-level residential buildings, capturing views across Lake Serenity, the Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area and Surfers Paradise skyline.

“Since launching our first stage at Serenity 4212, we haven’t stopped delivering," said Joe Simpson, Lakeside development manager.
"Through the challenges of COVID and even major weather events, we’ve continued to build-on time and to a high standard.
"We’ve successfully sold out Serenity Waters, Serenity Reserve, and Serenity Green, with Lakeside Villas well underway and on track for completion by Spring 2025.
"The proof is in the progress-buyers can see that when we commit to a project, we deliver.
“For this project, it was crucial we partnered with a builder that we trusted to continue this momentum and has expertise in delivering high-quality apartments.
“We’ve successfully partnered with CoStruct on other projects, including the Oria development in Spring Hill, so we’ve seen first-hand their abilities to bring our vision to life," Joe said.
With prices starting at $939,000 for a two-bedroom apartment, future residents will have access to a variety of amenities, including a 20-metre resort-style pool, jacuzzi, gym, private dining room, dog off-leash area, and kayaks available for hire. The Lakeside Apartments will be ready to move in by Spring 2027.

Lakeside’s sales lead, Ashwin Property Director Tony Ashwin, said the Lakeside Apartments are meeting strong demand, by offering a unique opportunity for buyers to enjoy contemporary apartment living surrounded by water and greenery but still close proximity to growing infrastructure.
“This development meets where the majority of the market is today – which is in the middle,” Tony said.
“The northern Gold Coast is in high demand, and we’ll only continue to see Helensvale demand increase because of growing infrastructure as well as its connection to heavy and light rail, linking to Brisbane and the rest of the Gold Coast
“With the development of the Coomera Connector, the new Hope Island Train Station, Coomera Hospital and a proposed private day hospital, its unparalleled location is also minutes from major employment areas including the GC Health & Knowledge Precinct.”
Lakeside precinct within Serenity 4212 has been carefully masterplanned to prioritise nature, privacy and lifestyle, offering spacious low density living.

Located on the fringe of Hope Island and in one of the fastest growing regions in Queensland, Serenity 4212 is a peninsula community bordered by a private lake and the 1200-hectare Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area. More than one-third of the 65-hectare master plan is dedicated as nature reserve, while a further 10 hectares has been transformed into parkland.
Keylin and Joint Venture partner Kinstone Group have taken extensive measures to protect the rare natural surrounds, including planting nearly 2,000 new trees and 45,000 plants and rehabilitating the neighbouring habitat which is home to over 270 animal species.
Lakeside Apartments sales will launch early September but early registrations can be made.
Keylin and Kinstone Group have decades of combined development experience and a strong track record across Southeast Queensland. The Joint Venture is also partnering on the 47.7-hectare Foxwell Coomera lifestyle precinct at Coomera Town Centre South, acquired in 2021.
