Flourish Oasis nears sell-out as 70% of Palm Beach apartments sold in two months

Strong buyer demand and tightening supply are reshaping the Gold Coast’s Palm Beach market, with Sherpa Group’s $67 million Flourish Oasis development racing towards sell-out just two months after launch. 

The project has already secured 70% of apartments under contract, highlighting the depth of owner-occupier demand in one of the city’s most undersupplied coastal pockets.

The impressive sales surge follows recent approval from the council, which has, in turn, accelerated the commencement of construction by trusted builder LPS Group for completion in 2027.

“The Flourish brand has been highly successful so far, and we are excited for Oasis to build on the strong momentum as the project edges closer towards sell-out,” said Christie Leet, founder of Sherpa Group.

“At Sherpa, we are dedicated to helping the locals and building a community people are proud of, and so it’s extremely encouraging to see that 50% of buyers are Gold Coast locals, as well as 77% planning to be owner-occupiers at Oasis.”

Palm Beach has emerged as one of the city’s most undersupplied markets, with apartment prices surging to a weighted average of $2.25 million, due to a shortage in stock pushing locals out of the renowned coastal suburb.

Sherpa is responding to growing lifestyle demand by delivering much-needed stock through its Flourish brand, with Oasis offering luxury living in the centre of Palm Beach, with remaining apartments from $1,240,000.

Located at 7 and 9 Sixth Avenue, Oasis will deliver 47 apartments, all of which are corner apartments providing significantly improved privacy and expansive windows to fill the apartments with natural light.

Continuing the flourish legacy, Oasis will deliver a premium suite of amenities crowned by a rooftop sanctuary that features a pool, gym, barbecue facilities, sauna, steam room, hot and cold plunges and spa, creating a sanctuary to relax, unwind and connect.
