A major new $400 million lifestyle precinct has been unveiled at one of the Gold Coast’s most active masterplanned communities, offering a first glimpse at luxury waterfront villas and low-density apartments set to launch soon.
Part of the 65-hectare Serenity 4212 masterplan, the new Lakeside precinct, delivered by joint venture partners Keylin and Kinstone Group, is expected to generate more than 500 construction jobs and deliver 230 much-needed homes over the next five years.
Lakeside Development Manager Joe Simpson said Serenity 4212 has become one of the busiest masterplanned communities on the northern Gold Coast, with multiple residential precincts under construction.

“In the past few months we have seen a surge in activity, from the recent completion of Serenity Reserve’s collection of 86 townhomes to the advanced construction of Lakeside Villas, which will be ready to move in by Spring 2025,” Joe said.
“We also have some exciting plans for the precinct in the pipeline.”
“It’s been a tremendous undertaking, but we’ve been able to deliver each stage steadily which is a testament to everyone involved. We’ll continue this momentum with Lakeside Apartments South, which is the next project to break ground within the precinct.”
Designed by MAS Architecture Studio and built by Resort Homes, the latest collection of Lakeside Villas has been released, with prices starting from $2.149 million.
One of the 16 waterfront villas at Lakeside has been furnished and is available for private inspection to showcase the villas’ generous living spaces, private lake views and luxury interiors.

Each residence features spacious living zones to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living complete with high-end finishes, double-storey voids and entertainer kitchens, complementing the unique natural surrounds of Lake Serenity and Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area.
Joe said Lakeside Apartments will be launched in late July and will deliver 85 two and three-bedroom apartments across two four-level residential buildings.
“The low-density apartments will capture views across Lake Serenity and the Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area, and the Surfers Paradise skyline,” he said.
“They represent the best in leading urban design, celebrating their rare natural position and connection to community. Future residents will also have access to an abundance of amenities, including a 20-metre resort-style pool, jacuzzi, gym, private dining room, dog off-leash area, and kayaks available for hire to enjoy the stunning and peaceful views of the lake.”

Lakeside’s sales lead, Ashwin Property Director Tony Ashwin, said the precinct is a prime location with its proximity to major infrastructure and nature.
“Helensvale is in extremely high demand. With the population set to surge over the next decade, the Coomera Connector will be a game changer for Helensvale, the broader northern Gold Coast and neighbouring Logan,” Tony said.
“The Coomera Connector will take the pressure off the M1 by providing an alternative route from Nerang through Helensvale to Loganholme – not only improving accessibility to key activity centres but also increasing economic growth and employment.
“We’ve seen this growth first-hand with each release at Serenity 4212 selling out prior to completion, and we expect this interest to continue with the opening of the display villa and apartments to come.”
Located on the fringe of Hope Island and in one of the fastest growing regions in Queensland, Serenity 4212 is a peninsula community bordered by a private lake and the 1200-hectare Coombabah Lakelands Conservation Area. More than one-third of the 65-hectare master plan is dedicated as nature reserve, while a further 10 hectares has been transformed into parkland.
"The developers have taken extensive measures to protect the rare natural surrounds at Serenity, including planting nearly 2,000 new trees and 45,000 plants and rehabilitating the neighbouring habitat which is home to over 270 animal species,” Tony said.
