Greyburn appointed for first stage of Lewis Land's Harbour Shores project

Prominent northern Gold Coast property developer, Lewis Land has appointed distinguished builder Greyburn Building Contractors to kick-start the first stage of their ambitious Harbour Shores project. This coincides with the official commencement of sales in the region’s premier 6 Star Green Star Community.

Lewis Land's CEO, Brett Draffen, links Greyburn’s appointment with the company's commitment to swift delivery of the initial three residential collections. 

“Bringing new supply to the market has never been so important for the Gold Coast and home buyers need to have confidence that the projects they’re investing in will be delivered,” said Draffen.

The 16-hectare Harbour Shores masterplan, opposite Harbour Town, is among the last untouched large-scale, waterfront development sites in the Gold Coast. Draffen revealed that construction of its 'The Residences', a collection of luxury waterfront homes, will commence in July.

Following this, the two apartment collections, 'The Waterline' and 'Palm House', and an array of facilities, such as a community parkland, waterfront boardwalk, and a pool, will be delivered in this primary stage. Draffen estimates welcoming the first residents to their homes in 2026.

Notably, Harbour Shores has gained the highest environmental recognition - a 6 Star Green Star Communities V1.1 Rating from the Green Building Council of Australia.
