GURNER™ GROUP partners with NSW developer to launch third Saint Haven club in Mosman residential development

GURNER™ GROUP, in collaboration with luxury developer DARE Property Group, has announced the expansion of its Saint Haven Private Members Club with a third location in the Sydney market, set to open its doors at DARE Property’s new luxury Mosman residential development, Amara.

This announcement follows recent news that Saint Haven is due to open its first Sydney location in North Sydney, due for completion in March 2026.

The 1,600-square-metre Saint Haven Mosman club will span two levels of the seven-storey Amara development, offering residents unprecedented access to world-class wellness, culinary, and bio-hacking services, just an elevator ride from their homes.

Saint Haven has become Australia’s most renowned private club since launching in Melbourne in 2023, with an extensive waitlist across multiple cities and sold-out memberships at existing Melbourne locations.

“Demand for Sydney has been remarkable so far, with memberships at North Sydney almost reaching capacity,” said Tim.

“The only way to secure a place in Mosman will be by joining our North Sydney club.

“The consistent growth and demand Saint Haven continues to experience in Melbourne, with clubs now at wait-list capacity, has given us both the confidence and incentive to establish the brand in this market with a significant statement of what the current vision and future of Saint Haven looks like.”

The expansive Saint Haven private club in Mosman will feature a business and co-working lounge and an organic wholefoods restaurant, alongside an Ancient Bathhouse featuring a 39-degree thermal pool, 6-degree cold plunge, and 90-degree traditional sauna.

Other areas of the club include a world-class gym floor, reformer Pilates studio, a dedicated immersive Soundbath & Breathwork studio called “The Portal,” and Strength & Conditioning studio. Recovery and longevity treatments include full-body red light therapy, cryotherapy, advanced hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and IV vitamin infusions.

Mosman will also feature a dedicated holistic spa with treatment rooms for a selection of massages, organic facials, body treatments, and other modalities, including nutrition and naturopath consultations, energy healing, spiritual cleansing, mindset coaching, and more.
