Lifestyle developer GURNER™ Group has officially unveiled the completion of its highly anticipated flagship Boutique Collection project, Cambridge Place, in Collingwood.
Architecturally designed by Warren and Mahoney and with the bespoke interiors crafted in-house by the GURNER™ Design Team, which is becoming renowned for its work across the SAINT and Saint Haven Private Clubs nationally, Cambridge Place is a study in refined craftsmanship and ultra-luxury materiality.

The Cambridge Place journey begins with truly transportive arrival experience – dramatic, yet warm and welcoming, complete with custom steel doorways, bespoke mosaic tiling, and a breathtaking custom chandelier by renowned glass artist Mark Douglass.
The arrival experience is complemented by a central lift and a spectacular curved staircase. The unforgettable space is reminiscent of timeless residential buildings in Europe, and pays homage to the history and sophistication of Milan’s best hotels.
Inside, every home is grounded in a calm, natural palette, with parquet floors, mosaic tiling, bespoke lighting, and expertly crafted joinery. Italian stone throughout adds a quiet, enduring luxury, while touches like Calacatta marble and hand-selected stones bring warmth and authenticity.
Cambridge Place isn’t just a collection of homes,it’s a celebration of timeless design, impeccable materials, and thoughtful detail, creating a space where every corner feels intentional, luxurious, and inviting.

“Cambridge Place epitomises our boutique design philosophy – each residence is an expression of craftsmanship and our in-house design team’s vision for timeless luxury," said Gurner Group founder and chairman, Tim Gurner.
“Cambridge Place represents a refined expression of GURNER™’s vision for boutique urban living. The project brings together precision design, considered finishes, and a clear focus on liveability. We’re proud to deliver what we believe is Collingwood’s most exclusive residential address.
“This has been a highly collaborative process between Warren and Mahoney, our in-house design studio, and the team at Sinjen. The result is a thoughtful, sculpted building that balances architectural confidence, neighbourhood influence and incredible design. It’s a project that reflects the values we bring to every GURNER™ project.”
Each residence features expansive terraces enveloped by lush, curated landscaping, offering a sense of openness and connection to nature while beautifully framing vistas of city life.
The two-level penthouse delivers a new level of grandeur, with a sculptural internal staircase with private lift access, a wellness room, an entertainer’s kitchen extending to outdoor dining, and an expansive master suite with direct connection to the terrace garden.
Built by Sinjen Group, the building also includes private lift access, expansive open-plan living areas with city views, and secure basement parking. The project launched with four house-sized, half-floor residences and one palatial penthouse.
“This collaboration has resulted in a project of extraordinary quality, the attention to detail is visible in every element of the build,” said Sinjen Group managing director Alister Sinjen.
GURNER™ Group held two from the market initially to wait for the completed project to showcase to potential purchases. These move-in, three-bedroom residences are now available by appointment, with price guides above $2.7 million.

“Holding back two apartments until completion was a strategic decision to allow buyers to experience the true depth of detail our team delivers, from the refined materiality to the flow of each space," said GURNER™ Boutique executive general manager Brooke Formosa.
“Our vision was to create residences that feel timeless from day one and even more desirable decades from now. Every detail, from the proportions to the material palette, has been considered to achieve that sense of enduring quality and sophistication.
“Cambridge Place represents everything that defines GURNER – exceptional quality, unique architecture that responds to the local area, and best-in-class design led by an expert team, ensuring a timeless residence that buyers will be proud to call home.”
The project exemplifies the group’s integrated approach to design, delivery, and craftsmanship, reinforcing its reputation for creating ultra-luxe homes that combine globally inspired architecture, high-end finishes, sought-after locations, and end-to-end service.

GURNER™’s in-house design director Simon Brugaletta’s international experience across Milan, Malta, and Hangzhou informs the refined aesthetic of Cambridge Place. Brugaletta’s decade in Milan inspired the project’s distinctive design language, influenced by the timeless sophistication of the city’s iconic Palazzo Parigi hotel.
