Drew Group’s latest luxury residential development, the $395 million Lagoon Main Beach, offers buyers the choice of either an apartment with prime sunrise views or sunset views.

Located just 150 metres from the sand at 11-23 Cronin Avenue, Lagoon is delivered as a dual tower development. Aptly named the ‘Sunrise Tower’ and ‘Sunset Tower,’ the towers have been strategically designed to capture expansive views of either the length of Broadwater to the Hinterland, or the Pacific Ocean from Stradbroke Island all the way to Coolangatta.

Lagoon Main Beach will deliver a total 259 apartments of one, two, and three-bedroom configurations, an exclusive collection of 12 premium skyhomes, and just three dual-level penthouses.

The Sunrise Tower, providing residents with sweeping views of the Gold Coast coastline and the glittering Pacific Ocean, will rise 31 levels. Buyers can choose either the two or three-bedroom apartments or Drew Group’s Signature Collection residences.

The Sunset Tower offers 116 apartments of one, two, and three bedrooms across 24 storeys. Residents of this tower will come home to unobstructed Broadwater and Hinterland views.
