Highett Common’s Live Now package continues into spring: Move in now

There’s a particular kind of relief that comes with buying a home that’s already finished, and brand new to boot.

Highett Common offers exactly that, and as winter gives way to spring, developer Sunkin Property Group has confirmed that the Live Now package will continue.

This means that purchasers of one of the completed two- and three-bedroom homes will receive this curated move-in package included. With buyers snapping up these homes, the number of completed apartments available is running low.

A campaign buyers keep responding to

Sunkin reports strong sales momentum through the Live Now campaign, with buyers drawn to the idea that everything is already resolved.

Each package brings together two specialist partners: Coco Republic, delivering a custom furnishing and styling package tailored and fully installed to suit the proportions of each home, and Dolce Dominique, whose curated artwork collection is selected around the natural light and bayside outlook of each residence. Full window furnishings, including blinds and sheer curtains, are fitted throughout, alongside a premium appliance package featuring Haier, Bosch, Smeg, Breville, and Dyson.

The two-bedroom homes, priced from $725,230, include this $45,000 move-in package as standard. The three-bedroom homes, part of the Luxury Collection and priced from $1,285,200, include a package valued up to $70,000, layered on top of Gaggenau appliances, Calacatta marble benchtops, and herringbone timber flooring already built into the home.

This limited deal has been resonating with buyers, who love the customisation on offer within each furnishing scheme, paired with a run of additional bonuses that sweeten the deal further for purchasers weighing up their options.

Winter open days, spring events ahead

This past winter, Sunkin held a series of completed apartment open days to give buyers the chance to walk through the finished homes in person. A spring series is now being planned, built around what makes Highett itself worth moving to – the walk to the train station, Woolworths at the doorstep, and the beaches and Bay Trail that come alive as the weather turns.

Buyers have also welcomed the flexibility Sunkin has built into settlement, with the option to move in early or settle later depending on individual circumstances. For many, it’s made an often-stressful process considerably easier.

The Mews Collection takes shape

Construction on Highett Common’s Stage 3, The Mews Collection, continues to progress on site. It will bring the precinct’s first resident-only amenities to completion in Q2 2027, including an indoor lap pool, residents’ gym, and a private dining and lounge space.

Elsewhere in the masterplan, the one-hectare park and playground is now complete, adding a well-used piece of green open space to the community. The three-hectare conservation zone, with additional green space and walking tracks, is being finished now and is expected to be complete this November, bringing Highett Common closer to its full 4+ hectares of parkland and open space across the precinct.

Bayside living, ready now

Highett remains one of Melbourne’s most established bayside suburbs, with its tree-lined streets, walkable nature, and proximity to the water. Highett Common sits at its centre, and for a limited number of buyers, the Live Now offer means that connection to bayside life doesn’t need to wait for spring, or for construction to catch up; it’s already here.

New display apartment configurations have recently been added for buyers to walk through, giving a clearer sense of the finishes and layouts on offer. At the same time, recent sales activity means the pool of completed, move-in-ready homes is now running low. So, buyers considering a Live Now home have a narrowing window to secure their own.

One- to four-bedroom residences remain, priced from $652,365 for a one-bedroom home with one bath and one car parking space.
