The site team has progressed through excavation and is now well into basement formation, setting the stage for vertical construction over the coming months. This momentum signals not just progress on the ground, but renewed confidence in the project’s delivery timeline and future completion.

With excavation substantially complete, the focus will now transition to rising above ground, where the tower’s slender form is poised to frame views across Hyde Park, and the wider city and harbour beyond.

“Once completed, Hyde Metropolitan will become one of Sydney’s standout new addresses with luxurious two and three bedroom apartments,” said Mitch Correira, construction manager at Deicorp.
