Sydney-based developer Iris Capital will be bringing construction in-house for its billion-dollar Broadbeach residential precinct, Victoria & Albert, having announced Iris Built as project builder late last year.

Already fully licensed with the QBCC, Iris Built has assembled a Tier 1 construction team with extensive major project experience to focus entirely on the delivery of Victoria & Albert, dubbed V&A.

Located in the vibrant heart of Broadbeach, V&A will be a landmark oceanside precinct consisting of luxury apartments spread across two towers.

Iris Capital CEO Sam Arnaout filed scaled-up plans for the already-approved project late last year. He sought to raise the western tower by eight storeys, from 56 to 64 levels.

The report reads, “The proposed amendments to the existing approval seek to respond to market conditions and incorporate advice acquired through the detailed design process.

“With the western tower already being the tallest of V&A’s towers, the increased building height provides greater variation between the two high-rises, providing a positive urban design response.”

With the amendments approved by the Gold Coast City Council, V&A will offer a wide range of one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences, with one-bedders starting from $980,000. Architecturally designed by renowned design studio DBI, these homes will be ultra luxurious.

The Victoria Sky Lounge features a sports lounge, private meeting rooms, two separate lounges – one complete with a galley kitchen, and a range of outdoor spaces to maximise views.

Neighbouring Victoria, The Albert Sky Lounge will comprise a wine cellar, terrace lounge, library, cards room, yoga studio, and a wraparound balcony, in addition to those amenities that will also be in the Victoria Sky Lounge.

With a commercial, retail, and fresh food precinct to ground the development, located just a short walk from some of the Coast’s best dining, shopping, entertainment, and beaches, V&A is a remarkable new address not to be missed.

Construction is well underway. The Iris Built team will continue to work closely with Eastview Australia, an experienced project management business that has been delivering major high-rise developments on the Gold Coast for over twenty years.

A select number of one, two, and three-bedroom residences remain at V&A. One-bedders are selling from $980,000.
