QLD developer sells out initial release of $189M project

Queensland developer Azure has recorded a 100% sell out of the initial release at is $189 million Wellbrook project in Rothwell within the first month, underscoring the demand for high-quality, design-led homes in South East Queensland’s key growth corridors.

Launched off-market in April, Wellbrook has attracted significant buyer interest, with the first release of 155 terrace homes already sold, highlighting Azure’s reputation among purchasers seeking elevated urban living in a connected neighbourhood that offers residents a complete and elevated lifestyle.
