Leading Sydney property developer and builder Deicorp is well underway on construction for its Tallawong apartment development, Tallawong Village. Comprising 987 units, the project has sold out its Stage 1 of residences, comprising 333 residences of one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans.

With Stage 1 due for completion in mid-2024, the mixed-use project is set to open its 9,000 sqm retail precinct located at the heart of the village.

Robert Furolo, Executive Manager – Corporate Communications at Deicorp, expresses his excitement for Tallawong Village’s retail precinct opening, saying, “We can’t wait to welcome purchasers and the community to the official opening of the retail spaces and public park in June.

“We have a wonderful family day planned with activities for the whole family.

“Retailers will be showcasing their goods and there’ll be great food options available to suit all tastes.”

Spanning 9,000 sqm across three levels, the project’s retail precinct boasts over 40 specialty outlets and quality tenancies, delivering convenience for all buyers of this vibrant address.

“Whether it’s the range of cafes and dining options, the convenience of ServicesNSW, a quality childcare centre and specialist medical centre, or the fresh grocer and Anytime Fitness, the locals will be spoiled for choice,” said Robert.

“Residents will be able to grab a morning coffee as they cross the road to catch the Metro and pick up fresh ingredients for dinner on the way home.

“And if they don’t feel like cooking, the wide range of food emporiums will keep them satisfied.”

Other retail and services include Align Collab Pilates, La Vue Nails, Obsidian Barber Service, a pharmacy, a carwash, and ample dining options from sushi and bubble tea to Mexican and kebabs.

Even with such a wide variety of everyday essentials at the doorstep, it was actually the project’s green spaces and connectivity that attracted buyers.

“The huge central park and playground is generating lots of positive comments, and the quality of the landscaped rooftop areas is also proving popular with buyers,” Robert revealed to AD.

“But the overriding feature that buyers love about Tallawong Village is its proximity to the new Metro Station.

“Whether it’s travelling one stop to Rouse Hill, shopping at Castle Hill, working at Norwest, studying at Macquarie University, or trips to the city, the new Metro is just across the road and makes commuting easy and convenient.”
