Wentworth Point is a lively and growing suburb nestled along the Parramatta River in Sydney. This emerging community has gained popularity among those seeking convenience, contemporary living, and easy access to the city. With a wide array of amenities and a prime location, Wentworth Point has become a desirable place to live for both families and professionals.

Soon to grace Wentworth Point is a collection of four-bedroom riverfront apartments, within the Laguna & Glade buildings at Sanctuary by Sekisui House Australia. With construction nearing completion and more than 90% of all apartments now sold, private viewings of these premium residences will begin in June.

Located in the centre of Sanctuary, Laguna & Glade’s two residential mid-rise towers comprising 163 waterside apartments. Only six of the eight four-bedroom north-facing riverfront apartments remain, with two already purchased ahead of the official campaign.

These generously sized, single-level residences boast uninterrupted views of the Parramatta River and are set within a unique location fronting both the lush neighbourhood green (opening in July) and future Foreshore Park.

Each apartment includes approximately 168sqm of internal living space, three car spaces, balconies over 30sqm with built-in outdoor BBQs, bespoke joinery and high-end inclusions designed for comfort and family living. Prices range between $2.9 million to $3.25 million.

“This is a rare opportunity as there are no new four-bedroom apartments currently available in Wentworth Point," said Paul Wainwright, senior sales and operations manager – apartment & mixed-use developments at Sekisui House Australia.

"We identified the need for larger residences that cater to evolving lifestyles, particularly as Wentworth Point becomes increasingly attractive to families.

"These apartments offer home-like proportions in an elevated location with park and river vistas,”Paul said.

Connected by a landscaped neighbourhood green, Laguna & Glade is a collaborative design by PBD Architects and TURNER as part of Stage 2 in Sanctuary’s masterplan.

Over 70% of purchasers are owner-occupiers including 17% first home buyers, demonstrating broad market appeal. Residents will also soon enjoy access to Revive, a three-storey wellness facility which includes a pool, gym, sauna and spa.

James McCarthy, director at TURNER said the new four-bedroom offering aligns with the overarching vision of the Sanctuary masterplan.

“This pivotal new phase of Sanctuary not only delivers much-needed green space and a significant public domain contribution to Wentworth Point but also reinforces the project’s parkside living ethos.”

“It is about creating a lifestyle that brings people closer to nature, while delivering premium architectural outcomes.”

James noted the design reflects thoughtful family-oriented planning.

“The four-bedroom apartments are dual-aspect, welcoming natural light and river breezes throughout."

"There is a clear zoning for living and sleeping areas, making them perfect for multi-generational families.

"Features like the full- width living space, nine-metre entertainer balconies with integrated BBQs and dedicated flexi-rooms show how adaptable and livable these homes are,” James said.

The Sanctuary masterplan represents a new urbanism for Wentworth Point. Set on a secluded riverfront site, the design integrates built form with extensive parkland connections and sustainable living principles.
