Who doesn’t love a good view? Especially from the comfort of one’s home. Whether boasting parkside views, city-centre aspects, or located on the absolute waterfront, many homebuyers are drawn to addresses that offer breathtaking views. Here we speak to two developers about the views from their new apartment developments and get an in-depth look at their not-to-be-missed residences.

There’s so much to love about living in an apartment. For one, these projects often combine lifestyle with convenience via a strategic location, be it in the city to place residents moments from a wealth of facilities, or nature-side by parks or the water to reinforce residents’ connection to nature.

That’s one of the many plus sides of living in an apartment – addresses often unachievable for a stand-alone house that grants its residents stunning vistas, be they park, water, or city views.

If you’re in the market for a home that offers such outlooks, consider Prince & Parade in Melbourne’s oh-so-cool Brunswick and Dairy Farmers Towers in thriving Newcastle. Developed by two of Australia’s leading developers, Mirvac and Third.i Group respectively, these apartment developments showcase elevated apartment living that maximises its sought-after addresses with sweeping views.

Perched high above Newcastle’s bustling city landscape, Dairy Farmers Towers overlooks the city’s West End precinct. A Third.i innovation inspired by classic design and presented with modern-day artistry, offering one, two, and three-bedroom apartments complete with exclusive resident amenities, this new icon will help reshape the West End into the city’s most highly sought-after neighbourhood. All this with panoramic views.

“Each apartment at Dairy Farmers Towers provides a serene retreat, where residents can unwind but remain central to an oasis of amenities and facilities nearby, seamlessly merging the vibrancy of coastal and city living,” said Luke Berry, Co-Founder of Third.i Group.

“The project comprises views of the city’s CBD as well as sweeping views of the harbour, becoming a landmark for one of Newcastle’s most sought-after suburbs.”

Designed by leading architecture firms, Dairy Farmers Towers maximises its view offering across residences and communal spaces through a purposeful design.

“When designing Dairy Farmers Towers, we wanted to provide each residence with a spacious balcony to relax or entertain on, complimenting the open-plan living layout of each apartment,” Third.i Director Luke explained.

“The project will include lush green communal garden spaces for all residents to enjoy, providing 360-degree views of the famous West End precinct.”

The development will also include a collaborative workspace, precinct pool, wine bar and cellar, function rooms, green spaces, and a gym for residents to enjoy, producing an opportunity to have lifestyle amenities truly at their doorstep.

Breathtaking Melbourne city views from Prince & Parade’s rooftop terrace.

Those looking for this same combination of luxurious apartments with sweeping views in Melbourne, turn to Prince & Parade in Brunswick. Developed by renowned developer Mirvac, Prince & Parade is located parkside, providing a range of views across one, two, three, and four-bedroom residences. To the south – CBD and Princes Park fronting views, and to the north – district views across Brunswick and beyond.

Designed by one of Australia’s oldest architectural firms, Bates Smart, Prince & Parade ‘draws the park in’ with a verdant network of pedestrian laneways and wedges of green spaces.

Highly considered landscaping by premier landscape architects Jack Merlo cements the project as a parkside haven, with greenery extending to Prince & Parade’s luxurious amenities, particularly the Level 8 communal rooftop terrace. Designed to receive city skyline, Princes Park, Royal Park, and district views across surrounding suburbs, this rooftop space comprises a dining table, seating area, and barbecue – perfect to enjoy with family and friends.

Prince & Parade’s breathtaking view aspect is a direct result of its central location, offering the development never-to-be-built-out views and nestled among an array of local infrastructure and amenities, including Princes Park, Ikon Park, Melbourne University, Royal Park Golf Course, and Barkly Square Shopping Centre. The site also benefits from its direct access to the Melbourne CBD via existing tram and bus routes on Royal Parade.

Construction company Decode was appointed as the builder of Dairy Farmers Towers earlier last year, with construction now well underway. The Newcastle development is on track to be completed by the fourth quarter of 2025.

“Now over 75% sold, there are only a limited number of apartments remaining for sale, and we’re continuing to see strong interest in the incredible apartments that are still available,” Luke revealed.
