Parramatta may have been heralded as Sydney’s fastest-growing residential hotspot but North Ryde has become the overachiever — and those looking to get a foot in the door need look no further than Ryde Garden.

The new North Ryde Metro station sits at the doorstep of the project, meaning residents are just one stop away from thriving Chatswood and Macquarie Park and travel to and from the city will be seamless.

Trains depart every four minutes during peak hours, and in the 2020s a new direct service will run to Crows Nest, Barangaroo, and Martin Place — so there will be every opportunity to explore the vibrant surrounding suburbs.

Fully constructed, Ryde Garden comprises two bedroom apartments between $678,000 and $856,000 and three bedroom homes range from $1,160,000 up to $1,350,000. These prices are just a fraction of the cost of apartments in Chatswood or Macquarie Park — a rarity for homes of this calibre in the region.

The project marks developer Country Garden’s first foray into the Australian market. Listed highly on Forbes Global 2000 list for the 10th year in a row, each year climbing ever higher in rank, the developer is a leader when it comes to creating innovative and comprehensive communities in up-and-coming areas.

“We are extremely proud of this project, especially given it is our first in Australia,” says Guotao Hu, Chief Executive of Country Garden Australia. “It is proof of our capabilities in delivering masterplanned communities that locals are proud to call home.”

Country Garden Australia has enlisted award-winning industry professionals to bring Ryde Garden to completion. Award-winning architectural firm Bates Smarts has created this urban haven built upon the utmost in design excellence, sustainability and with a special focus on enhancing each home’s connection to the outdoors.

The trio of striking buildings has been inspired by the lush landscaped surrounds and natural environments, curated by landscaping firm, Aspect Studio. The buildings function as individual projects, with dedicated rooftop gardens, parklands to be found within each.

The journey inside begins with the lobby. Here, double-height ceilings and the elegant bronze poles resemble bare trees. To reach the elevator, residents walk through floating curtains which add a sense of drama.

Inside the apartments, sunlight streams through expansive windows. Sleek kitchens pair stylish Siemens appliances with quartz stone benchtops and beautiful mirrored splashbacks.

The timeless neutral colour palette comes in two styles, bringing together textural timbers with crisp whites layered with soft grey or charcoal accents.

Each building has its own rooftop leisure zone and podium gardens with barbecue areas. Residents can enjoy cook-ups with friends against the stunning backdrop of the leafy streets and endless blue sky.

A sparkling swimming pool invites afternoon dips, while those who like to keep active can utilise the gymnasium, fitted with brand-new equipment.

Ryde Garden’s masterplan has been carefully designed to truly exemplify a family-friendly resort-style community. The three buildings are connected by a 2100-square-metre parkland, complete with a water play area for kids as well as a childcare centre, an on-site cafe, and retail spaces.
