This collaboration introduces Coposit’s innovative ‘deposit by instalments’ model to the market, allowing buyers to secure their dream apartment with no upfront full deposit.  The system offers an alternative pathway to property ownership, allowing purchases to commit to a smaller, more manageable initial deposit and make interest-free payments throughout the construction phase.

“Coposit is transforming the way Australians enter the property market by addressing affordability and accessibility challenges,” said Daniel Clake, general manager of Sherpa Property Group.

“We are excited to partner with them to help buyers take their first step towards owning a luxury residence at Perspective Nexus.

“This partnership is an integral part of our vision to make luxury coastal living more attainable and to offer a flexible, innovative solution for prospective homeowners.”
