The Spring Hill tower from developer Keylin has reached its highest structural point, marking a significant milestone in what is shaping up to be one of Brisbane's most anticipated new homes - with front-row views of the 2032 Olympic and Paralympic Games precinct.
Keylin managing director Louis Cheung said reaching the topping out stage in just over a year, reflects the team’s proven expertise and successful collaboration with their construction partner, CoStruct.
“After Oria’s early works finished, CoStruct started constructing the basement levels in January 2025.
"In just 15 months, the team has raised the project from the building’s foundation to its structural top,” Louis said.

“Reaching this milestone is testament to the commitment of everyone involved, not only in bringing this project to life but doing it on schedule, further reinforcing our future residents’ confidence in our delivery timing.”
Louis said the topping out timing coincides with the release of the development’s final residences, which were intentionally held back so their elevated views could be fully appreciated.
This final release offers a rare opportunity to secure a home offering long-term value in an increasingly attractive and sought-after suburb.
“Spring Hill is no longer under the radar.
"Its proximity to Brisbane’s future Victoria Park Olympic precinct has put it firmly on the map and buyers looking to secure their place in the suburb can still capitalise on its upward momentum.
“We’ve seen this first-hand with strong sales among discerning local buyers with future downsizing plans adopting a buy-now, move-later strategy in anticipation of the significant growth expected in the area.
“Oria represents one of the last opportunities for buyers to secure a premium, off-the-plan apartment before Olympic infrastructure construction increases pressure on labour and supply which impacts the market by driving up prices,” Louis said.
Oria’s final release of residences includes select apartments across several storeys including its Sky Homes collection featuring two-bedrooms and a choice of either sweeping city skyline or serene Victoria Park views.

“Our Sky Homes feature three-metre ceilings, elevating space, light and outlook. We purposely planned to make these residences available to the market only when buyers could truly appreciate the spectacular views they offer, and that time is now,” Louis said.
Construction is on track to welcome its first residents in early 2027, well ahead of the expected surge of activities tied to Olympics infrastructure.
