Situated on one of Australia’s most coveted beachfront addresses, Spyre Group's three apartment Glasshouse has officially commenced construction.

The Burleigh Heads project made national headlines when its luxe $20 million penthouse sold off-the-plan in March, officially claiming the title for Queensland’s highest selling off-the-plan penthouse.

Andrew Malouf, Director of Spyre Group, explained that “Glasshouse holds a glowing place both geographically in beautiful Burleigh Heads, and within the broader market.”

“The property’s value extends beyond location and into the lifestyle afforded by its architectural vision and, of course, the area itself.”

Comprising only three ultra exclusive apartments, Glasshouse highlights its perfect positioning through floor-to-ceiling glass panels that capture uninterrupted views of the Pacific Ocean, Burleigh Heads scape, and the glittering Surfers Paradise skyline.

The project is being brought to market by CBRE Residential Projects. Nick Clydesdale, Senior Director of CBRE Residential Projects, says that “Spyre Group’s ability to continuously push architectural boundaries and redefine what we know as luxury living is enabling Burleigh Heads to become an even more desirable destination.”

Mr Clydesdale goes on to say that the ultra-luxury property sector is still performing strongly, as proven by the recent Glasshouse sale. Furthermore, the number of high-end buyers set on calling Burleigh Heads home is steadily increasing.

“With Glasshouse achieving a Queensland apartment sale record, we are seeing a distinct shift in the market towards investment in properties and the area that align with Spyre Group’s proven vision,” said Mr Clydesdale.

Construction for Glasshouse is beginning at a time when a high demand for off-the-plan developments continues on the coast.

Mr Malouf attributes this booming market to the revitalised taste for rarity and distinctiveness within the Sunny State.

“Residents are buying into a like-minded community, comforted by the knowledge that every off-the-plan apartment will be executed to the same level of detail and high calibre of craftsmanship,” said Mr Malouf.

The success of Glasshouse follows the positive response to its sibling, Natura, located at 112 The Esplanade, Burleigh Heads. Buyers of Natura have already benefited from their purchases even before taking possession, with the value of these residences at completion being far higher than their contract prices.

Due to the extraordinary growth in the Gold Coast off-the-plan property market, buyers who have committed early have reaped the rewards.

Spyre Group’s collection of ultra luxury developments including Natura in Burleigh Heads, MAYA Kirra Beach, and Elysian Broadbeach, are all fully constructed and completely sold out.

“Spyre Group’s properties are truly second to none,” said Mr Clydesdale. “With Natura completely sold out and only two residences remaining at Glasshouse, we look forward to bringing another bespoke Spyre Group Development to the iconic Burleigh Heads beachfront.”
