The UDIA NSW Crown Group Awards for Excellence is one of the foremost awards in the property industry. Waterfall by Crown Group and designed by SJB has won the title of Best High-Density Development for 2021.

Waterfall by Crown Group features the tallest man-made waterfall in the southern hemisphere.

Waterfall by Crown Group is no stranger to industry acclaim, having previously been awarded the joint winner of the Lord Mayor’s Award at the 2021 NSW Architecture Awards. The project is designed by award-winning architects SJB and features a bespoke commissioned artwork by Mika Utzon Popov (grandson of the Sydney Opera House architect Jorn Utzon).

Waterfall offers elegantly built spaces that reconnect you with nature through curated residents’ amenities and spacious apartments. Arriving at the development is an experience like no other. A series of tropical gardens weave through the centre of the complex leading to the show-stopping 21-metre high waterfall - the tallest man-made waterfall in the southern hemisphere. The trickling water sets the ambience, immediately creating a safe space to relax and unwind. The soothing sounds carry throughout the ponds and lagoons, while the lush gardens and bamboo walkways further reinforce the serenity of this urban oasis.

Cascade Gardens (left) and Pavilions by Mirvac (right) were shortlisted in the High-Density Development category.
Oran Park Town (left) was a category finalist for Masterplanned Communities as was Park Sydney (right) for Mixed-Use Development.

Congratulations to all finalists and winners of the 2021 UDIA NSW Crown Group Awards.
