CS Collective was formed in 2018 with the intention of bringing a different approach into the property development sector that has traditionally been the same for decades. By implementing a quality over quantity mindset, carefully selecting locations that are suitable for re-development and applying a timeless design approach with the end-user always being the main focus is one of the core reasons why we are different. Most importantly, the Directors have a hands-on approach from project inception right through to settlement and handover.

Our Directors, passionate Gold Coast locals, hail from a construction background with over 20 years experience in the delivery of Residential & Commercial projects along with extensive experience in the Building & Product supply sector. During their tenure, they have stepped into Project Management and Director roles and have delivered multiple development projects throughout QLD & NSW.

We are focused on taking the Gold Coast’s residential townhouse sector to new heights by delivering sustainable yet user-friendly developments that aim to address environmental needs whilst being at the forefront with creative & liveable design. This also includes the use of materials and building techniques that are at the forefront of the industry.
