IDS is a privately owned company founded in 2012 and has gone from strength to strength since inception by developing high quality projects within the Brisbane area.

Led by a highly experienced partnership of Geoff Rodgers and Rick Fehervary, both with very successful track records in their respective fields.

We pride ourselves in offering attractive investment returns from our strategic property investments focusing on approved development sites (including other ‘de-risked’ elements).

Our targets, as can be seen in previous developments, are strategically located, quality residential properties in premium, ‘blue ribbon’ Brisbane suburbs within a six to eight kilometre radius of the CBD.

We focus on developing ‘boutique’ projects in niche markets (not large-scale, mass production), however we also consider quality commercial/retail opportunities, with emphases on value-adding opportunities.

Our goal is to take advantage of the current market opportunities while having a conservative and efficient approach to all facets of the development process, financial management and operations/administration.
