The upcoming 2032 Olympic Games has placed a spotlight on Queensland’s capital city. The exciting prospect of the Games is coupled with the great migration of Australians from Melbourne and Sydney to the sunny state. As a result, it is estimated that Brisbane’s population will exceed three million by 2030.
Brisbane is certainly set for success, with projections that it will not only grow in population, but in popularity.
Research conducted by ME Bank in November 2021 on ‘Australia’s top 20 best places to invest’ has placed Brisbane in the top spot, with the thriving suburb of Woolloongabba identified as the top suburb to invest in.
Adam Rainbird, State Director of Sarazin, agrees with this sentiment.
