Developer EcoWorld International has now sold over 60% of the apartments at its new $242 million development in South Yarra.
Yarra One is set to deliver premium apartments alongside one-of-a-kind amenities, such as residential co-working spaces and sustainable car-sharing services.
“Lifestyle requirements are constantly evolving,” Jeffrey Ong, General Manager of EcoWorld International says. “We’re living longer, we’re healthier and we work hard. As a result, many of us want to live an active low-maintenance lifestyle, one that isn’t tied down by house-chores.”
In response to this lifestyle transformation, the developer has ensured Yarra One is kitted out with a range of amenities which will enhance the experience of its residents. The rooftop is a great place for residents’ to gather, with fire pits and beautifully landscaped gardens surrounded by built forms which frame the breathtaking panoramic views. Meanwhile, downstairs on level one, a state-of-the-art gym overlooks the greenery of the residents’ garden, while a yoga and dance studio connects to a private spa terrace.
In addition to this, homeowners can store wine collections in the tasteful interiors of the wine room. Inspired by the fine details found on a cigar box, the smoked oak floors, timber joinery and bronze accents provide a decadent setting. The room is adjacent to the lounge and dining room — perfect for uncorking bottles or preparing cheese boards for the next cocktail party.
Homeowners can sign up to use the residential co-working spaces or take advantage of the open-air public workspace within The Atrium located on level one of the development. This space is also open to the public and will be equipped with laptop and phone charging stations, as well as a café, and tranquil canopies of greenery.
At the entrance to the residences, a ground floor lobby features a reception desk carved out of a monolithic marble block, framed by elegant brass and bronze detailing. This is where the concierge will welcome homeowners and their guests, receive packages, organise transport or arrange reservations of the amenity spaces within the building.
The range of apartments on offer within Yarra One has been masterfully designed by award-winning architect firm Fender Katsalidis. “The adaptable floor plan offering is about tailoring specific living requirements, patterns and habits into a liveable design right in Melbourne’s popular Yarra River corridor,” Co-founder Karl Fender says.
Each home has been thoughtfully planned with designated living and dining areas, while kitchens are an entertainer’s dream. With custom-designed pendant lights and elegant island benches, residents will feel as though they are cooking in sculptured artistry.
The bedrooms have been designed to best accommodate the individual’s style. With integrated shelving, robes, drawers, and a dressing table, this is where belongings become a collection to be thoughtfully concealed or purposefully displayed.
The one bedroom apartments in stage 1 have already sold out, but EcoWorld International plans to introduce another stage with new layouts soon.
