Design investigation and development is made at the time when changes are easy to implement. Thus, detailed assessments of environmental, thermal, wind, shadow, visual bulk, life cycle cost, as well as constructional and costing impacts of any design arrive earlier in the design process. Those assessments are made in parallel rather than sequentially and, as a consequence, our design decisions are soundly based and more easily analysed than general practice currently allows.

In addition, construction documentation and compelling visualisations are derived directly from the 3D virtual model as by-products of our design process. This allows construction documentation to be clearly assessed against design criteria with superior quality checks leading to a greater level of documentation accuracy.
