Homecorp’s ongoing delivery of residential projects has continued with the successful completion of the $270 million Eve Residences on the Gold Coast. The luxury residential tower, which has transformed the Golden Mile, overlooking The Broadwater at Labrador, is the latest post-pandemic project that has capitalised on the luxury downsizer market.

The project comprises 157 stunning residences featuring a diverse range of living options, including a collection of two- and three-bedroom apartments, 16 sub-penthouses, and two ultra-luxury penthouses. The company, headed by Ron Bakir, has delivered more than $3 billion in projects over the past 20 years.

“We are extremely proud to have delivered such a magnificent project for our buyers,” said Ron.

“Eve Residences is a luxury landmark that truly embodies our commitment to excellence in residential living.

“We believe that Eve will foster a vibrant community and elevate the lifestyle of its residents for years to come.”

Designed by the award-winning architecture firm DBI, Eve stands as a testament to quality and innovation. Strategically situated along Marine Parade in Labrador, Eve Residences offers residents expansive, unobstructed views of the Broadwater and the Pacific Ocean views that are permanently protected from future development.

The diverse buyer profile for Eve Residences has attracted local and interstate buyers, downsizers, and investors. Rising 25 storeys above its dual waterfront and park location, Eve is destined to become an iconic landmark that stands apart while harmonising with its environment.

“Witnessing the ongoing transformation of the Gold Coast is incredibly exciting for us,” said Ron.

“We are honoured to play an integral role in shaping this dynamic region, contributing to its growth and allure.
“Eve Residences is not just a building; it represents our vision of creating inspiring communities of the future where people belong.”

Residents will enjoy an extensive range of amenities, including a lavish rooftop precinct with a club lounge, private dining room, expansive gymnasium, sauna and steam rooms, and a heated infinity-edge pool overlooking the Surfers Paradise skyline and the Pacific Ocean.

Eve Residences is part of Homecorp’s extensive $2 billion workbook of ongoing projects across Queensland and South Australia.
