MIM Design approached The Penthouse Collection with a philosophy of balance, ensuring every space feels grounded in place while offering moments of indulgence and retreat.

Materials were chosen for their ability to shift with the changing light: polished plaster walls that move from soft matte to gentle lustre, brushed metals and ceramics that add texture, and a warm palette inspired by ocean teals, soft ochres, and sunset tones. As senior architect Kierah Alexander explains, the goal was to ensure buyers “walk in the door and immediately feel a sense of place and belonging.”

Across the Collection, scale is a defining feature. Principal Miriam Fanning highlights that the east-facing penthouses span 245 sqm over two levels, offering three bedrooms, while the four-bedroom penthouses facing a north-western aspect span 277 sqm across two levels. Each home features generous spaces for living, entertaining, and retreat, where the upper level of these homes functions as either a master suite or an additional living zone, complete with a wrap-around terrace and plunge pool.
