Abadeen has advanced its expansion across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, lodging plans for a $36 million boutique residential development in Woollahra.
The proposed six-storey project at 101–115 Edgecliff Road will deliver 29 apartments and 50 car spaces on a prominent corner site, marking the group’s latest move following the successful launch and construction commencement of Henri House in Darlinghurst.

The Woollahra site is proposed to be transformed into a boutique, medium density residential development on a prominent corner block bounded by Australia Lane and Adelaide Street, within walking distance of Woollahra Village and Bondi Junction.
The proposal responds to the NSW Government’s low and midrise housing reforms, which permit apartment buildings up to six storeys within 400 metres of major centres and transport hubs.
The project aims to deliver well designed medium density housing in a highly accessible location, contributing to local renewal while remaining sensitive to the established character of the area through upper-level setbacks and articulated built form.
Justin Brown, executive chairman and founder of Abadeen, said Woollahra represents a natural progression of the company’s strategy.
“Edgecliff Road is a remarkable site close to Woollahra Village and Bondi Junction and exactly the type of well located, tightly held opportunity we seek."
"Our focus has always been to identify, secure and progress sites that deliver enduring value for residents, communities and our investors,” he said.
Abadeen CEO, Joe Tack, said the project reflects the company’s long-term confidence in Sydney’s most desirable precincts.
“Henri House in Darlinghurst has seen a strong market response at launch, and with construction now underway and the crane on site, it has reinforced the depth of demand for premium, design led apartment living in the east."
"Woollahra is defined by heritage, lifestyle and connectivity, and the Edgecliff Road proposal presents an opportunity to contribute thoughtfully to the suburb’s evolution,
"Delivering contemporary medium density housing close to transport, retail and open space,” Joe concluded.
