Perched above St Michael’s Golf Club on Little Bay’s coveted coastline, Este claims a position most homes never get close to: the ocean on one side and 168 hectares of protected national park on the other.
The result? Uninterrupted vistas of the ocean, golf course, and national park from home.

A rare oceanside address
Este sits directly adjoining Kamay Botany Bay National Park and its Banksia ecosystem, one of the last pockets of endangered Eastern Suburbs Banksia bushland left in Sydney. Private balconies and courtyards look onto these lush views, and walking trails, including the Jennifer Street Boardwalk, Henry Head, and Cape Banks tracks, start at the doorstep.
From the front door, Little Bay Village, a short stroll away, covers the everyday essentials, while multiple beaches (Yarra Bay, Congwong, and Little Bay Beach among them) and three golf clubs sit within easy reach. It’s a position that reads as removed from the hustle and bustle of the city, even at just 15km from the Sydney CBD, yet surrounded by nature - an antidote to the stress and routines of urban living.

Design built around the view
The buildings themselves are arranged to draw a view corridor straight through to the ocean on arrival - a deliberate move from architects Hill Thalis, whose design language is “inspired by the rhythms and raw beauty of the landscape.”
Landscape architects Arcadia have threaded native planting between the two buildings to blur the edge of where the architecture ends and the bushland begins. As the team from Arcadia put it: “Bringing to life a landscape that treads lightly on coastal character, Este is the epitome of the Arcadia ethos.”
Inside, Richards Stanisich have carried the same restraint through the interiors, with coast-weathered tones, herringbone timber floors, natural stone island benches, and timber-veneer joinery throughout.
“Our intention is simple: we want to create spaces that make you feel something,” say design directors Jonathan Richards and Kirsten Stanisich.

Luxury wellness living
With an exclusive collection of amenities, wellness is embedded in residents’ daily lives.
Start the morning with laps in the rooftop infinity pool, the ocean stretching out beyond the tiles, then ease into the Technogym-equipped gym with ocean views as the day warms up.
Afternoons drift between the communal kitchen gardens and a shaded corner of the barbeque terrace, where hosting is made seamless.
End your day in the rooftop sauna, watching the light fade out over St Michael’s Golf Club and towards the ocean.

What convinced the neighbours
Rebecca, a Little Bay local of five years, wasn’t looking to move, until an ad landed in her inbox. What changed her mind was the one thing her own home couldn’t give her.
“The thing I’m missing currently with my own house is an ocean view,” Rebecca said.
“If I can get myself something where I can wake up every morning and see the ocean and have that lifestyle living, then I'm interested.”
Staying close to home mattered just as much. “It's not having to pick up and leave my community, it’s being able to stay and just upgrade the amenities I have access to.”
Dan, who lives in Bondi with his wife and young child, was drawn by a level of design he says would have been out of reach in his own suburb.
“The quality and design in this development is just something that probably wouldn’t have been achievable for us in Bondi,” Dan said.
It was Este’s setting that sealed it.
“Location, I think, is quite unmatched,” he explained.
“It’s very rare that you actually have space and know that no one’s going to build another building right in front of you.”
Built to last
Este is delivered by award-winning Sydney-based developer Urban Property Group, a 4.5-star iCIRT-rated developer, and backed by Resilience Insurance’s 10-year Latent Defects Insurance - a cover against structural and waterproofing defects well beyond the standard warranty period.
One- to four-bedroom homes are selling at Este, priced from $1.295 million for a one-bedroom residence with one bath, one car parking space, and ocean and golf course views.
