Dankav Developments has released Lennons, a mixed-use development on a 4,095sqm site in the heart of Mermaid Beach on the Gold Coast.
The development combines 104 hotel rooms and suites, around 3,800sqm of retail and dining, and The Alfred Residences, a collection of 62 one, two and three-bedroom apartments above the precinct.

"Lennons represents an exciting new chapter for both Dankav and Mermaid Beach," said director of Dankav, Daniel Veitch.
"Our vision has always been to create more than just a development.
"We wanted to establish a destination that brings people together and celebrates everything that makes the Gold Coast such a special place to live and visit."
Residential design is by BDA Architecture, as J.AR Office shapes the podium and laneways, and landscape design is by Urbis.
The development will feature a series of connected spaces, lush subtropical planting and a warm, considered material palette.
Daniel said Lennons combines a variety of retail, dining and wellness for residents.
"With Lennons, we're bringing together boutique stays, dining, retail, wellness and residential living in a way that feels authentic to the local community," said Daniel.

"We've taken inspiration from the Gold Coast's rich holiday history while creating something that looks confidently towards the future.
"We're incredibly proud to introduce Lennons and look forward to seeing it become a much-loved part of Mermaid Beach for generations to come."
Lennons is positioned moments from the sand and surrounded by a thriving residential community.
Taking its name from the original Lennons Hotel, a name connected to Queensland’s hospitality history, the development draws on the nostalgia of the Gold Coast’s 1960s hotel and motel era while looking towards the future.
Situated within the light rail corridor and just steps from a future tram station, Lennons is designed as much for locals as for visitors.
Construction is already underway, and the first visitors are expected from early 2028.
