Imagine your perfect morning. You wake up, bathed in sunlight, then head down to the bathhouse for a rejuvenating mineral spa, sauna, and meditation ritual, before stretching and inviting some movement into your body to start your day.
At Jardin House, developed and built by Lowe Living and their newest luxury development, residents can enjoy this ritual as part of their daily life, thanks to a residents-exclusive Aurora Spa & Bathhouse.
Melbourne has seen a lot of apartments claim the wellness label: a rooftop pool here, a Peloton room there. Jardin House in Camberwell, however, offers a lifestyle more exclusive, more rare, and more valued by bringing in the founder of one of Melbourne’s most respected spa brands to design and curate the experience from the ground up.

The Aurora Spa & Bathhouse
At the heart of Jardin House is the residents-only Aurora Spa & Bathhouse curated by Lyndall Mitchell, founder of Aurora Spa & Bathhouse, with more than two decades of experience in evidence-based wellbeing.
Across more than 550 sqm, residents move through a sequence of eight indoor spaces: a 14-metre hydrotherapy pool that opens directly to the garden, sauna and infrared sauna, steam room, cold plunge pool, salt room, and foot spa. From there, the experience continues outdoors into a private garden retreat with an outdoor sauna, shower, and curved garden plunge pool set within a layered garden oasis.
Conceived as a flowing indoor-outdoor environment, a groundbreaking evolution for the brand’s philosophy of mindful living, the space introduces an equation where water, heat, and nature intersect. It’s the kind of wellness ritual most people fit in twice a year, on a weekend away somewhere nice. At Jardin House, it’s just your Tuesday morning.
“Jardin House is shaped by the philosophy that every decision begins with the people who will call it home,” said Emma Lowe, co-founder and managing director of Lowe Living.
“We consider spaces that evolve with daily life and a community designed to nurture genuine connection.”

Everything else earns its place
Jardin is the French word for garden, and at 335 Camberwell Road, the name earns its place. Positioned directly opposite the Camberwell Civic Centre Precinct and its generous public gardens, Jardin House has been carefully curated, with more than a third of the site dedicated to green space.
Designed by Tristan Wong Architecture, Jardin House is unmistakably Camberwell, with arched apertures, sandy brickwork, and textured concrete referencing the neighbourhood’s Edwardian, Art Deco, and Californian bungalow heritage. Rather than sitting apart from the landscape, the architecture has been shaped to welcome it in, creating a building where greenery, outlook, and built form feel closely intertwined.

This garden experience is brought to life by Acre, beginning at Butler Street, where residents are welcomed by an elegant landscaped pathway, moving through layered planting and canopy trees before reaching the lobby. From there, greenery continues through planted balconies, deep courtyard gardens, and penthouse terraces, with outlooks across Camberwell’s treetops to the CBD.
Inside, Hecker Guthrie’s interiors lean into natural stone and timber, grand three-metre high ceilings, and sculptural kitchen island benches with integrated Miele appliances. Select finishes and materials can be personalised, so every residence feels as individual as its owner.

Totalling more than 1,500sqm of dedicated amenity space, Jardin House has been designed to make everyday life feel considered at every turn. Alongside the Bathhouse by Aurora, residents have access to a private lounge and dining room, the latest Sandstone collection from Technogym, and a hotel-style lobby with dedicated concierge.
Secure basement car parking and bicycle storage add another layer of everyday ease.
All up, it’s a remarkable offering. But for Lowe Living, the intention was never about adding more to the building. It was to deliver something that felt deeply considered and worthy of Camberwell, and genuinely meaningful to the people who will call Jardin House home.
“Camberwell holds a special place in Melbourne’s east, defined by its heritage, its leafy streets and a community that takes genuine pride in where it lives,” said Tim Lowe, co-founder and managing director of Lowe Living.
“We felt a deep responsibility to honour that.
“We have created something that will age gracefully and enrich this neighbourhood for generations to come.”

The address does the rest
Jardin House sits at the genuine heart of one of Melbourne’s most loved inner-east neighbourhoods.
Start the morning at My Other Brother for delicious coffee, catch an evening session at the iconic Art Deco Rivoli Cinemas, then wind down at Young’s Wine Rooms or East End Wine Bar. Camberwell Junction’s boutiques and everyday retail are on your doorstep, while Lower Reserve, Fritsch Holzer Park, and the Camberwell Sports Ground offer green space in every direction.
Families will find value in the leading private schools and tertiary institutions within easy reach, and public transport connections make the wider city effortless. It is, in short, a neighbourhood that doesn’t ask you to compromise on anything.

The bottom line
For those considering the move from a long-held family home, the question is often asked: can apartment living offer the same sense of space, privacy, and ease? At Jardin House, it can, while bringing a level of wellness, service, and garden-led design rarely found in residential living anywhere in Melbourne’s east.
Pre-release pricing starts from $1.235 million for a two-bedroom residence and $2.025 million for a three-bedroom residence.
