Queensland-based developer Azure has reached full completion at Munro, its debut gated community in Ipswich, with all 100 terrace homes delivered and sold off-market.

As well as, the remaining 54 terraces successfully leased demonstrating Azure’s end-to-end model.

By designing, building, and managing each project in-house, Azure continues to set a benchmark in delivering beautifully crafted terrace homes, as demand for this product type continues to grow.

The milestone underscores strong demand for well-designed, master-planned communities in South East Queensland.

Azure director Trent Keirnan said the group’s involvement across every stage of the project ensured a seamless delivery at a time when many developers are facing delays and disruptions.

“Being involved at every stage has allowed us to not only streamline delivery but also raise the bar in terms of quality and liveability,” said Trent.

“It means we can deliver with greater confidence and consistency,

"Creating communities that are not only well-built, but deeply considered — places people are proud to call home,” he said.

Located on a 2.22ha site at 33 River Road, Bundamba, Munro features a collection of 100 three-bedroom terrace homes.

The gated estate also includes exclusive communal amenities across 1,500sqm, including a 20-metre resort-style pool with cabanas and sun lounges, and a large lawn area for residents’ recreation.

“We’re especially proud of what we’ve delivered at Munro,” said Trent.

“Our goal was to create a connected, liveable neighbourhood that blends thoughtful design with everyday functionality.”

“From the streetscapes to the residences themselves,

"Munro has been carefully shaped to foster a genuine sense of place — a community people can grow with and grow into,” Trent concluded.

Ipswich remains one of South East Queensland’s fastest-growing regions, with population forecasts and affordability driving consistent buyer demand.

Munro’s success underscores the growing appeal of master planned communities offering attainable lifestyle upgrades without compromising on quality.
