It’s International Women’s Day, and what better way to celebrate than by spotlighting some leading women in property doing some really incredible work?
Across Australia’s multi-residential sector, women are helping shape how our cities grow, how communities live, and how residential development continues to evolve.
To mark the occasion, Apartments & Developments spoke with several women making their mark in the industry, highlighting their proudest achievements from the past year and what excites them about the future of multi-residential living.
Let’s get to know them.
Amanda Panetta: Head of Sales & Marketing, Clutch
Amanda Panetta has spent more than a decade working across project marketing, beginning agency-side at CBRE, where she worked on major projects including Barangaroo and Darling Square, before joining developer-side leadership at Clutch.
Over the past year, Amanda says her proudest achievement has been launching Clutch’s flagship project, AVRA in Bondi Beach.
“I had the privilege of leading the marketing campaign for the project, and the results exceeded expectations,” Amanda said to A&D.
“Within the first week on market, AVRA achieved $89 million in sales.
“Most recently, we secured a record apartment sale price for Bondi Beach with the AVRA penthouse sale at $25,200,000.”
Looking ahead, Amanda says boutique multi-residential developments will continue to evolve into highly curated living experiences.
“In the high-end market, it’s no longer about simply delivering high specifications,” Amanda said.
“Buyers expect scarcity, craftsmanship, and a level of detail that rivals a private residence.”

Emma Lowe: Owner and Managing Director, Lowe Living
With nearly two decades of leadership experience across major brands, including Coles, Jetstar Airways, Seven Media Group, and Crown Resorts, Emma Lowe now leads Melbourne-based developer Lowe Living.
Over the past year, Emma says reaching Lowe Living’s 10-year milestone was a proud moment.
“Property development is an incredibly challenging but collaborative industry, so hitting that milestone gave us a moment to reflect on how many incredible people have been part of the journey,” Emma said to A&D.
For Emma, the future of multi-residential development lies in creating homes that go beyond the traditional apartment offering.
“What excites me most about multi-residential development is the opportunity to shape not just homes, but lifestyles.”
She points to Lowe Living’s partnership with Aurora Spa and Bathhouse, delivering a European bathhouse experience for residents at Maison Savoy Brighton and in their Camberwell project as an example of how residential living can continue to evolve.
“For me, it’s about creating homes and environments that people feel emotionally connected to. Places that will continue to bring joy, comfort, and pride for many years to come,” Emma said.
“We are creating architectural legacies.”

Harriet Tomkins: Marketing Director, SRM Residential
Harriet Tomkins recently helped launch SRM Residential, bringing with her more than seven years of experience at CBRE and a strong background in residential project marketing.
“One of the highlights of the past year has been helping launch SRM Residential alongside some of the industry’s most respected professionals,” Harriet said to A&D.
“Many of the team are long-standing colleagues and true friends, so it’s been incredibly rewarding to see those relationships continue as we bring a diverse range of residential projects to market, from luxury harbourfront residences to large-scale urban communities.”
Looking ahead, Harriet believes the future of multi-residential development will continue to be shaped by increasingly thoughtful design.
“What excites me most is the growing emphasis on interior design and the level of creativity we’re now seeing across residential developments,” she said.
“Designers are increasingly pushing boundaries and bringing a far more elevated, bespoke approach to apartment living.”
She points to SRM’s upcoming Belgravia Potts Point project as an example of this shift, with the development taking a more creative approach to residential project marketing.
“We’re extremely excited to bring this project to market in the coming months.”

Megan Skippen: Marketing Director, Abadeen
With more than 15 years of experience across marketing, communications, and PR, Megan Skippen leads the corporate sales and marketing strategy for Abadeen’s growing development pipeline.
“It has been a big year for Abadeen,” Megan said.
“We currently have 23 projects underway and continue to grow the pipeline.”
Several projects have recently reached completion, including KOYO in Crows Nest, ENSO in Neutral Bay, and Hampden in Mosman, while a number of others are approaching completion across Sydney and the Gold Coast.
For Megan, one of the most rewarding parts of the role is bringing each project’s story to life.
“A big part of my role is capturing the essence of each project, the neighbourhood it sits in, and translating that into the marketing story,” she said to A&D.
“Seeing people walk through the display apartments and hearing their reactions when it matches what they imagined is incredibly rewarding.”
Looking ahead, Megan says demographic change will play a major role in shaping the future of apartment living.
“We’re about to see a significant wave of downsizers entering the market, something we are experiencing with our own parents,” Megan said.
“People are often leaving large family homes that have become difficult to maintain, and that shift is already reshaping the way developments are designed.
“Rather than maintaining a large house, many are trading space for walkable neighbourhoods, beautiful design, and easier living.”

Meghan Mulligan: Marketing Manager, Spyre Group
With a decade of project marketing experience, Meghan Mulligan works closely with agents and project teams to bring Spyre Group’s developments to market.
One of her proudest moments over the past year was the completion of the Glasshouse Burleigh Heads development.
“Last year, Spyre settled two $24 million residences at Glasshouse Burleigh Heads, which was a real career highlight for me,” Meghan said to A&D.
“Having a hand in marketing a development that has formed a legacy for Spyre, while telling the story of such a special parcel of land, has been incredibly rewarding.”
Meghan was also recognised individually for her work, being named a finalist in The Urban Developer’s Urban Leader Awards.
Looking forward, she is particularly excited by the role technology will play in enhancing the buyer journey.
“I’m excited to see how advances in technology will open new possibilities for how we share the story behind each project and elevate the experience for our clients.”
With several developments nearing completion, including Arc Residences, Moray House, and Hampton Ltd, Meghan says the coming year is shaping up to be a big one.
“With all that momentum, it’s set to be an incredibly exciting 2026 at Spyre.”

Morgan Webster: Marketing and Communications Manager, Consolidated Properties Group
At Consolidated Properties Group, Morgan Webster leads marketing strategy across the company’s residential, corporate, retail, and commercial projects.
Over the past year, one project in particular stood out.
“Seeing Monarch Residences come to life and adding such a beautiful building and community to the Brisbane riverfront,” Morgan said to A&D, describing her proudest achievement.
Looking ahead, she believes Brisbane is entering an exciting period for residential development.
“Brisbane is at an exciting inflection point – population is growing, infrastructure investment is accelerating, and there’s a real drive for the Brisbane lifestyle that we all love!”
For Morgan, that momentum is translating directly into the next generation of residential development with a people and lifestyle-centred design.
“Seeing this translate into multi-res is exciting.”

Sarah Andrews: General Manager at Andrews
Sarah Andrews has spent more than a decade helping grow Andrews, an award-winning family development business, alongside her father, Danny Andrews.
Over the past year, she says the continued evolution of the company into a fully integrated development and construction business has been a major milestone.
“The launch and growth of our in-house construction division, A Construct, has been a defining milestone,” Sarah said to A&D.
The move has helped the team deliver projects such as the 227-apartment Cascade development in the Gold Coast’s Robina while giving the business greater control over quality and delivery.
The company has also recorded significant sales momentum over the past 12 months.
“I’m incredibly proud to have led our sales team to achieve more than $200 million in sales over the past 12 months,” she said.
Looking ahead, Sarah believes multi-residential development has an opportunity to reshape how people experience vertical living.
“On the Gold Coast in particular, there is a growing appetite for homes that prioritise lifestyle, wellness, and genuine community connection, not just density,” she explained.
“For me, the future is about raising the standard, creating homes that not only stand the test of time structurally, but also enrich the way people live, connect, and invest in their communities.”

Sonia Taskovska: Founder and Managing Director, Soliana
Sonia Taskovska founded Soliana with a vision to create residential developments that balance luxury with practicality, drawing inspiration from her own experience designing homes for modern family living.
Over the past year, she says bringing Soliana’s Brighton project, Pearl, close to completion has been a proud moment.
“It’s a boutique collection of homes that reflect the philosophy I bring to development, that every detail matters, from architecture through to how the home feels to live in,” Sonia said to A&D.
For Sonia, development has always been about more than the numbers.
“At the end of the day, we’re not just developing buildings, we’re shaping the places people call home,” she said.
“As a female developer in what has traditionally been a male-dominant industry, I’m also proud to be contributing a perspective that values commercial rigour and the lived experience of the buyer.”
Looking ahead, she believes the future of multi-residential development lies in thoughtful, human-centred design.
“Multi-residential development is no longer just about density, it’s about creating environments that genuinely enhance people’s quality of life,” she explains.
“The future will belong to developers who prioritise quality, thoughtful design, and long-term value.”
