Under the revised plan’s Nera’s site has doubled in size to 2,000 sqm, providing Bastion with the opportunity to create three luxurious residences which will sit alongside an open parcel of land that will become home to a tranquil garden designed by world-renowned landscaper Jamie Durie.

“It’s incredible to see Nera resonate with so many buyers – we have invested a lot into this development, and it’s humbling to witness that effort pay off,” said Alex Wood, CEO of Bastion Development Group.

“We have added two extra levels, with six apartments to the building, as well as three luxury residences due to the high demand for design-focused, lifestyle-rich residential housing.”

Located at 8-10 Parneno Street, Chevron Island, Nera will deliver 87 boutique apartments, including six sky homes, and a full-floor penthouse designed by BDA Architecture and Plus Architects, with prices starting from $1,099,000.

The project has drawn strong interest from both local and interstate buyers seeking a premium lifestyle within walking distance of the beach, city, and river.

Nera is poised to become one of the most design-focused residential addresses on Chevron Island, featuring a rooftop-level wellness retreat with a sun-drenched yoga platform, and an infinity pool all with panoramic ocean views. To promote a healthy lifestyle, Nera will feature a state-of-the-art fitness centre designed by EMF, as well as a luxury spa and ice bath.

Notably, Durie will also design the landscaping throughout the entire building, ensuring greenery is woven into the fabric of Nera.

Nera has been meticulously crafted by some of the leading names in the industry, as we at Bastion want to ensure each home is crafted to the highest standard, guaranteeing a convenient and luxurious lifestyle.”

“Our vision has always been to go beyond just building apartments - we’re creating a vibrant vertical community, where every element has been considered and crafted with care.”

Construction is already underway, led by Bastion’s in-house construction arm, Bastion Built, with piling works now 100% complete and the project on track for completion in 2027.
