Billbergia advances $1.3 billion towers in Chatswood CBD

Billbergia and Metrics Credit Partners are advancing plans for a $1.3 billion, mixed-use development in Chatswood's CBD - with Stage One already 30% sold ahead of construction commencing later this year.

The proposed Chatswood Grand Residences at 8 Wilson Street is set to redefine the Chatswood CBD skyline. 

Residences will deliver unrivalled views in a tightly-held North Shore location where demand is underpinned by transport, shopping, schools, jobs and lifestyle amenity.

Designed by PBD Architects, winners of a design excellence competition, the development features two towers of 58 and 60 storeys containing 552 apartments.
