Billbergia and Metrics Credit Partners are advancing plans for a $1.3 billion, mixed-use development in Chatswood's CBD - with Stage One already 30% sold ahead of construction commencing later this year.
The proposed Chatswood Grand Residences at 8 Wilson Street is set to redefine the Chatswood CBD skyline.
Residences will deliver unrivalled views in a tightly-held North Shore location where demand is underpinned by transport, shopping, schools, jobs and lifestyle amenity.
Designed by PBD Architects, winners of a design excellence competition, the development features two towers of 58 and 60 storeys containing 552 apartments.
The sleek towers rise from a podium with over 2,500 square metres of retail and commercial space that will house retail, dining and essential services.

Further surrounded by 2,500 square metres of revitalised public domain.
Expected to be complete by 2031, Chatswood Grand Residences’ apartment mix will appeal to first-home buyers, investors, downsizers and families, as units range from studios to four-bedroom configurations.
Larger, house-like floorplans have also been included, reflecting growing demand for flexible apartment living in well-connected urban centres.
Billbergia Development director Saul Moran said the project is shaped around what buyers want from apartment living - connectivity, liveability and quality amenity.
"Chatswood Grand Residences has been designed with exceptional housing diversity in an amenity-rich setting," said Saul.
"The podium retail and vibrant laneway precinct will combine to create a lively, connected destination for residents and the wider community to enjoy."
Stage One is already 30% sold and comprises a total of 310 units up to Level 33 across the towers.
According to Billbergia, sales have predominantly been to local owner-occupiers and investors.
Early buyers have seized the opportunity to secure a premium apartment off-the-plan and have been drawn to Chatswood Grand Residence’s sweeping views and spacious interiors, with a range of customisable upgrades also popular.
“The views are unrivalled, taking in the Sydney CBD, Harbour Headlands and National Parklands," said sales manager at Billbergia, John Kim.
"Interior space is optimised with wintergardens to all apartments, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living."

"Buyers are also snapping up upgrades including built-in TV units, integrated kitchen appliances and cocktail bars and private EV charging stations."
Chatswood Grand Residences has 40 studio apartments and 54 x one-bedroom apartments, sized up to 72 square metres. There are 214 two-bedroom apartments, sized up to 114 square metres. The towers offer 218 three-bedroom apartments, sized up to 173 square metres.
As well as, 26 four-bedroom apartments including four exclusive penthouses crowning the towers.
With expansive views and premium finishes, these opulent apartments offer abundant interiors of up to 306 square metres.
There is abundant car parking, all premium three-bedroom units include two car spaces, while penthouse apartments have three car spaces.
Located within walking distance of Chatswood Interchange, Chatswood Chase, Westfield Chatswood and Beauchamp Park, residents will have immediate access to one of Sydney's most established retail and transport hubs.
According to PBD Architects, Chatswood Grand Residences is anchored by a cruciform design that carries through the entire scheme.
Architectural elegance is combined with planning efficiency to optimise views, solar access, natural ventilation and residential amenity.
Carefully shaped tower forms, articulated facades and a refined glazed expression reinforce the project's slender vertical character, while responding sensitively to the corner of Pacific Highway and O'Brien Street.

All apartments feature generous wintergarden spaces that can be enjoyed across all seasons.
Most apartments are designed in corner configurations to maximise natural light, privacy, ventilation and district views.
These features continue to rank highly with owner-occupiers in the upper North Shore market.
With a focus o amenity and wellness, the towers will feature a swimming pool, spa, sauna, steam room and BBQ area set within lush, landscaped gardens.
Plans also include an indoor gym, yoga facilities and virtual golf room.
"Chatswood Grand Residences has been designed with liveability at its core, offering exceptional amenity tailored to North Shore buyers," said Saul.
"Its first-class facilities are designed to support wellbeing, foster community and enrich residents' daily lives."
Chatswood Grand Residences has entered a new phase, with the evolved scheme now before the Housing Delivery Authority and a State Significant Development Application on public exhibition.
Construction is slated to commence in late 2026.
