Billbergia has sold a four-bedroom penthouse at the Peake Tower for $6.35 million, setting a new Rhodes residential price record that eclipses the previous suburb benchmark by 41%.
The sale comes as just 11 apartments remain available across the Peake and Oasis towers, which form Stage Two of Billbergia's $3 billion Rhodes Central masterplan in Sydney's inner west.

The previous benchmark was established by a penthouse sale in Billbergia's neighbouring Oasis Tower in December 2025. Together, the two sales represent the highest prices achieved in Rhodes since 2021.
The result underscores growing demand from owner-occupiers and families seeking large, premium apartments with the space and amenity of a traditional freestanding home.
Located at 43 Walker Street in the heart of Rhodes town centre, Peake and Oasis form Stage Two of Billbergia's $3 billion, three-stage Rhodes Central masterplan.
The striking 48-storey Peake and 43-storey Oasis towers comprise 674 apartments and offer resort-style living with direct access to transport, retail, dining, recreation and essential services.
The luxurious Peake Tower penthouse spans 220 square metres across two levels and features a private rooftop garden terrace with uninterrupted 270 degree views and a BBQ lounge area.
The penthouse has premium finishes and a standout feature is its cinema.
The buyer was represented by Steve Guo of Patron Investments following an extensive search for a home after relocating to Sydney.
“This purchase marked the end of a long search for the buyers, who were looking for a home that combined generous living space and high-quality finishes with exceptional convenience,” Steve said.

“Rhodes stood out as the ideal choice, offering a unique peninsula lifestyle surrounded by water on three sides, with beautiful water views, major shopping centres and a train station all within easy reach.
"It brings together exceptional convenience, lifestyle, waterfront living and quality residences - a combination that is increasingly difficult to find in Sydney.”
The sale also reflects a decade-long relationship between Billbergia and Patron Investments, one of the developer's top-performing partner agencies for the past 10 years.
Billbergia sales manager John Kim, said collaboration with external agents was integral to connecting landmark residences with the right buyers.
"Our penthouses are highly distinctive homes," said John.
"Achieving the best result requires a collaborative approach supported by strong market knowledge and trusted buyer relationships.
"Patron Investments understood both the calibre of the residence and what the buyers were seeking.
"This result demonstrates the value of long-term agency partnerships in reaching qualified purchasers and delivering outstanding outcomes."
John said the record price also reflected the continuing evolution of the Rhodes apartment market.
"Over the past two decades, we have seen a clear shift towards more owner-occupiers and families choosing apartment living in Rhodes," John said.
"That change is creating robust demand for larger floorplans and house-like apartments that offer space, privacy and premium amenity without sacrificing connectivity."

Rhodes Central is one of Sydney's fastest-selling residential precincts.
At the heart of the development is a vibrant "urban backyard" designed to bring residents together.
Amenities include landscaped podium gardens, an expansive outdoor pool, spa and sauna.
As well as, a poolside grill and alfresco dining area, cinema, games room, shared work-from-home library, children's play area and pet- friendly pocket park.
Peake and Oasis rise above the award-winning $90 million Rhodes Recreation Centre, a community hub featuring a fully equipped gym, multipurpose sports courts, a competition-level gymnastics centre, allied health services, childcare, retail and bookable community spaces.
