We first looked at Botanic back in September, and since then the project, located in a prime spot near Melbourne’s Botanic Gardens, has grown from strength to strength.
This collection of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments has been brought to life by developers Evolve, whose vision is clearly on creating something different. Their partnership with leading SJB Architects is focused on delivering premium homes that match and exceed the expectations of this prized location.
As we head fairly and squarely into 2017, the desire to own an apartment in a building that has unique attributes and a desirable location has never been greater. And the level of detail and thought that has gone into this building, its apartments and amenities have already proven a huge drawcard for buyers.
One of the key design features of Botanic Melbourne is the orientation that gives each apartment either inspiring northern views to the vibrant city skyline or stunningly lush views east across the Royal Botanic Gardens.
Each individually designed home is a testament to the care and attention SJB are renowned for, with the curation of finishes and textures being some of the best we’ve seen. The choice of three colour palettes is anchored by natural materials like timber flooring and stone bench tops. These homes are light and inviting, with floor to ceiling glass that simply gets out of the way of those views.
Amenities continue to be a big deciding factor for many buyers looking to purchase a premium quality home. Botanic Melbourne has more than its fair share, including a contemporary business hub, residents kitchen and dining area, a gym and a mightily impressive pool.
Another communal space is more on the green side, reflecting the building’s leafy location. The quiet garden retreat is the ideal place to escape a hectic day with its dining area, bbq and outdoor fireplace. There’s also calming and beautiful landscape planting to add further greenery.
Of course, as we knew would be the case, many potential buyers have been keen to secure an exclusive property close to one of Melbourne’s tranquil destinations, yet still close to the vast array of food, drink, shopping and entertainment of the CBD and surrounds – all easily accessible with Domain interchange a walk away.
The Arts Precinct, in particular, is a huge drawcard, with internationally acclaimed exhibitions, performances and music on the programme and on your doorstep 365 days of the year.
Despite their impressive portfolio of high-value projects, Evolve remain proudly boutique in their approach, always aiming to deliver homes defined by their quality and innovation.
Evolve has ensured their stunning display suite for Botanic gives buyers a real sense of the project. Located at 25 Coventry Street, Southbank, the suite is open by appointment.
With construction underway shortly, completion of the project is scheduled for early-to mid-2019.
