"We’re thrilled to collaborate with Studio Johnston on Royale," said Steve Maroun, director of LaneVick.

"Their design ethos aligns perfectly with our vision for this development—to create a landmark that offers both architectural excellence and a sense of home.

"Together, we’re bringing something truly special to the Sydney market."

Known for their contemporary yet contextually rich designs, Studio Johnston will infuse Royale Randwick with a bold yet timeless aesthetic. The project will feature expansive residences that celebrate light, space, and craftsmanship while offering residents access to sweeping city views.

"Partnering with LaneVick allows us to push the boundaries of residential design,” said Conrad Johnston, director at Studio Johnston.

“We’re crafting a living experience that is sophisticated and modern, while respecting the rich heritage and character of the Randwick area."

Residents are able to choose from two luxurious colour schemes - a stunning rose stone bench top or an elegant neutral stone, with the combination of either light or dark joinery.

“No detail is overlooked, and every element is delivered with unwavering quality," said Conrad.

"Intricate, signature designer details like feature tiles and natural stone elevate the kitchen and bathroom spaces for those with an appreciation of understated elegance, quality, and art."

Sales for Royale have now launched and interested parties are encouraged to move quickly to register their interest, with only four purchasing opportunities available. Construction is well underway, with completion expected in early 2025.
