Faro at Broadbeach, the $80 million luxury apartment project developed by Queensland's 5Point Projects, has reached 50 per cent of its sales targets with six of the 11 full-floor sky homes already sold. Construction work on Faro, which is being developed in partnership with Brisbane's Bottega Group, is well underway.

"The latest sales have built on a strong response from buyers within weeks of the project launch,” said Jayde Pezet from project marketing firm Pezet Matheson.

"Local buyers have been among the most recent buyers, although interstate buyers are also driving demand and are well respected among the contracts that we have secured."

Spanning 21 levels, Faro offers a mix of full-floor sky home apartments situated on the upper floors, including three spacious two-level sub-penthouses and a luxurious three-level penthouse. Each of these features five bedrooms and five bathrooms, along with spacious living spaces, a dining area, and a home cinema.

"We are expecting sales momentum to continue increasing as the building heads skywards in the coming months,” said Jayde.

Faro provides a host of premium amenities for residents on its first-floor recreation terrace, including a magnesium pool, gymnasium, cabanas, barbecuing facilities, sauna, lockers, and a specifically dedicated pet wash and surfboard wash area. Additional features include three levels of basement parking, ample bike storage, an EV fast-charging station for visitors, and a unique mail room in the foyer for the delivery of online orders.

"The market response to Faro has been exceptional and we are thrilled with the feedback from buyers who appreciate the level of detail we have included throughout the development,” said 5Point Projects founder and managing director Damian Dove.

"Buyers are also purchasing with the security knowing our reputation for successful project delivery."

Faro is expected to complete the construction of its three levels of car parking by June 2024 with the development projected to be complete ahead of schedule by October 2025.

With a proven track record of successful project delivery, 5Point Projects has spearheaded a collection of award-winning luxury projects in Brisbane and on the Gold Coast, integrating some of Faro's best features from their previous developments.
