Cedar Woods Properties has marked a major milestone in its Queensland expansion, topping out its first apartment project in the state just over a year after construction began.
The Vera building at the Greville masterplanned community in Brisbane’s inner north, is now nearing completion as the broader precinct gains momentum, with strong buyer demand driving the project close to a sell-out.
The six-storey boutique apartment building is the developer’s first apartment project in Queensland and is part of a pipeline of apartment projects that complement its national townhouse and land development portfolio.

Cedar Woods chief operating officer, Patrick Archer, said Vera was the first architecturally-designed apartment building delivered as part of the 3.5-ha Greville masterplanned community, with two further apartment towers planned for the site.
“The topping out of our first Queensland apartment building sets a strong foundation for our future southeast Queensland apartment plans,” Patrick said.
“This includes two additional buildings at Greville and our planned Robina development on the Gold Coast, which will comprise a mix of apartments and townhomes, located adjacent to Robina Town Centre.
“Vera apartments have been purchased by a broad range of buyers including first home buyers, downsizers and upgraders, which speaks to the appeal of the one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment formats.
“Brisbane builder, Emacen Projects, is on track to complete construction in late 2026, and we’re expecting to welcome residents before Christmas.”

First home buyer Brooke purchased a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment at Vera, and said she was impressed by Greville’s high-quality architecture and community design.
“Greville felt like the right balance of convenience, lifestyle, and long-term value in a rapidly growing area of Brisbane, offering everything I was looking for as a first home buyer,” she said.
“I chose Vera because of its well-thought-out design, modern living spaces and quality finishes, and I’m looking forward to being part of a new community.”
Located just 5km north of Brisbane’s CBD, Greville will evolve over the next four years, delivering 84 townhomes, over 200 apartments across three buildings, and an exclusive collection of heritage homes within the historic Holy Cross laundry building, originally constructed in the 1800s.
Vera comprises of 58 luxury residences across six-storeys, with resort-style rooftop amenities including a pool, BBQ and dining area and outdoor lounge area complete with a firepit offering panoramic city views.

Designed by multi award-winning architecture studio Rothelowman, Vera is 95% sold with only one two- bedroom apartment and one three- bedroom apartment remaining.
Greville’s community is already taking shape, with the first two stages of townhomes completed and the final townhome stages under construction and 85% sold.
