Gold Coast based developers Greyburn Building Contractors have officially commenced construction on Robina’s newest premium residential development, Robina Grand Residences.
With an estimated completion date of late September 2023, the development has already seen immense success with over 90% of residences sold out and an accrued $45 million in sales.
Greyburn is well positioned to deliver this $50 million project, having over 35 years of experience in residential and commercial building. With Robina Grand Residences, the team seeks to cater to the high demand for luxury homes in the Gold Coast.
Aaron Hook, Co-Director of Greyburn, says, “Given that demand on the southern Gold Coast is higher than ever, we are excited to be commencing construction to bring this collection of ultra-desirable homes to life.”

Comprising 69 apartments and four townhouses across eight storeys, Robina Grand Residences offer buyers apartments of two and three-bedroom configurations, as well as exclusive townhomes with four bedrooms.
The project will feature resort-style amenities exclusive to residents that include a large swimming pool, fully-equipped gymnasium, an exercise health centre complete with pilates and yoga facilities, al fresco dining areas, and landscaped gardens.
Residents can also enjoy a separate lounge with retreat and games rooms, as well as expansive views of the Gold Coast skyline, the hinterlands, and all the way to the Coast’s iconic coastline.
Boasting a 1 Waterline Place address, Robina Grand Residences sits amongst a wealth of local amenities. One of the Gold Coast’s premier shopping centres, Robina Town Centre, is just a few minutes' drive away, while the Robina train station, various schools, a TAFE campus, and the Robina Hospital are all nearby.

The strong sales turnout and overall success of Robina Grand Residences is attributed to its targeting of the middle market, offering buyers luxurious homes for affordable prices.
“We have worked closely with VLine to develop their ideas and special requirements whilst ensuring cost-effective and economic designs that do not compromise the building integrity of the development during a crucial time facing the industry,” explains Mr Hook.
“Greyburn is well placed to navigate any issues facing the industry that may arise during our construction period, after we recently stepped in to complete construction on Minnippi Quarter following the collapse of Condev.”
Greyburn Building Contractors came to fruition in 1987 in Melbourne. The company has since gathered a portfolio of successful residential and commercial projects across South-East Queensland, with the most recent being Palladium at Hope Island and ORO Apartments at Biggera Waters. Amidst an ever-changing construction market, Greyburn is committed to continue to deliver excellence and quality across all their projects.
