A picture of suburban bliss, Camberwell has everything you’d want in a locale: leafy streets with blossoming gardens, a flowing cafe culture, prestigious schools, and a vibrant shopping strip – all just 10 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD. It’s no wonder that locals and out-of-staters seek a home in this locale.
Melbourne-based development company Emery Group boasts several international award-winning projects, such as ‘The General,’ under its belt. They bring their renowned expertise to affluent Camberwell with Kirra Gardens – a series of exceptional two- and three-bedroom apartments beautifully designed by C.Kairouz Architects and Durie Designs.
Buyers seeking to make this Camberwell address home need not wait any longer, with construction having been completed this month and a 50% stamp duty discount available.
Move in soon
Award-winning construction company Samssons Projects completed construction on Kirra Gardens this month. Specialising in the building of high-end homes and bespoke multi-residential and commercial projects throughout Victoria, the boutique practice has embedded fine architectural details and first-rate materials into Kirra Gardens.
With construction now complete, buyers can move in November, just next month.
Prospective buyers still have a chance to be part of this community, with a great selection of two- and three-bedroom apartments still available with a wide range of floorplans.
A timeless design that lasts
Melbourne-based architecture and interior design studio C.Kairouz Architects was inspired by the long-lasting, grand structures of eras past when designing Kirra Gardens.
“For this project, we saw a real opportunity to deliver a building that would be a present-day relic of sorts, with real longevity,” said Chahid Kairouz, managing director of C.Kairouz Architects.
“While the building is entirely new construction, our aim was to engage an old-world feeling with modern sensibilities and efficiencies.”
Robust and textural off-form concrete and brick, sleek metal cladding, and large high-performing double-glazed windows create a striking facade. Inside, interiors have been crafted to foster serene and restful places.
“Interior attributes include generous floorplans with a strong focus on functionality, flexibility, and a series of well-connected zones,” said Sammy Kairouz, associate of interiors at C.Kairouz Architects.
“Boasting multiple features such as high-quality integrated electric appliances, seamless storage opportunities, and generous island benchtops, the intention is to encourage uncomplicated, sustainable, and clutter-free lifestyles.”
A sustainable community
In addition to being luxurious in design, Kirra Gardens is also sustainable. A series of highly innovative, sustainable features promote a conscious living experience, such as high-efficiency heat hot water pumps (around 300% more energy efficient than conventional electric resistance water heaters), double-glazed windows, a large solar PV system, extensive landscaping, 15,000 litres of rainwater storage for reuse, and provision for electric vehicle car stations in the garage.
Community is central to Kirra Gardens. Designed to be a sustainable village, the development features communal gardens where you can grow your own organic food. The alfresco rooftop space is perfect for sharing an intimate meal or hosting a BBQ with friends and family. While the building app can assist residents with a range of services.
Two and three-bedroom residences are still available at Kirra Gardens, with two-bedders priced from $840,000 and a 50% stamp duty discount available until move-in.
Don’t miss out on this sustainable Camberwell sanctuary, now complete and move-in ready next month.
