Designed by Plus Studio, the building takes its cues from Mediterranean and Palm Springs influences with a sculptural façade defined by curved, dune-inspired forms, clad in travertine with a warm palette of blush and terracotta. It’s a departure from the reflective-glass towers that line much of the southern Gold Coast, and deliberately so.

As Chrisney Formosa, principal of Plus Studio, puts it, Lièrre is “sculpted from the rhythm of the coast.” The deep balconies, cascading greenery, and layered landscaping reinforce that, resulting in a building that feels grounded in Palm Beach and not imposed upon it.

Lièrre offers 69 residences across a considered mix of two- and three-bedroom homes, plus penthouse sky homes on levels 11 and 12.
