Together with developer Hamton and interior design firm Rothelowman, a new apartment concept has formed.

‘Convertible Spaces’, at the luxury ‘Sanctuary On The River’ development in Abbotsford, is a highly innovative one-bedroom futuristic apartment model, offering an unmatched flexibility to an apartment, allowing the power to transform the floor-plan as pleased. The ‘Convertible Spaces’ are designed so that the bedroom space can be transformed into the living space that is required, and functional areas like corridors become usable in living and bedroom areas without compromising access through the apartment. Through the new ‘flexible zoning’ structure, the circulation space can be utilised to see apartment doors playing different roles throughout the changing layouts.

The design allows for a 70% increase in living area space with each apartment including a fold-down queen sized bed with a moveable wall. Each integrated wall comprises of a state-of-the-art television unit, kitchen with integrated fridge, and bedroom robes with integrated bedside tables to accompany the bed.

These apartments are ideal for young professionals and singles who prioritise functionality into their busy work lives.

The ‘Convertible Spaces’ launched on September 13, and are currently on show at the Sanctuary display suite at 24 Acacia Place, Abbotsford from 2pm to 4pm.
