The record-breaking sale surpasses the previous Chevron Island high of $9 million. Achieved by the Chevron One penthouse in 2022. The buyers of Penthouse 10 are private residents from Brisbane. 

Sherpa’s founder Christie Leet said the sale reinforces the scale, exclusivity and prestige of Perspective Helm, located in one of the Gold Coast’s most tightly held waterfront precincts.
